Accessed SOS via insurance company following discovery of a damp patch in spare room. Leak tracing engineer diagnosed leaking pipe under concrete floor, which had spread to adjacent room.
Required three visits, thorough investigations and tests meticulously carried out.

A very comprehensive survey of the property.
Leak detected in the bathroom under the flooring. Could not repair the leak,as bathroom furniture needs to be removed and flooring uplifted. Report submitted back to Insurance company

We had an ongoing leak that was discovered by Thames water , they did their bit up to our property replacing pipes but their was still a leak in the house so we used the services of SOS leak detection , the engineers were an absolute pleasure to have in the property, they were hard working, courteous and very efficient discovering the problem and rectifying it , our house is old and everything has been a problem for tradesmen in the past but the SOS guys adapted and overcame these issues and when I returned from work expecting issues they were happy to tell me that it had all been fixed . Talked me through the work and left the site in an extremely tidy manner . Leaving no mess at all. Thank you SOS I would recommend this company 100% .

The technician was very efficient and professional. Nothing negative.

The actual visit and process for the detection seemed to go smoothly and the engineer went through a variety of leak tests to make the final diagnosis. During this time he was under the sink on a number of occasions and although we did not see exactly what he did there the following day we had another leak from one of the pipes there. We are assuming he disturbed a seal on a old dishwasher pipe left by previous owners which after 12 hours then broke and gushed out all over cupboard and kitchen floor. Luckily we were home and it was spotted immediately but we had to turn mains water off and pay for emergency plumber to fix it.

We live in a country cottage and had the nightmare scenario of a water leak in our heating system, that was causing our oil boiler to lose pressure. Our property has been extended meaning the leak could have been anywhere - under floors, hidden in walls etc! Fortunately, SOS had the kit and once the system was drained the leak was located within an hour! The service was first class & we would recommend them to anyone with a similar issue.
