Les products are fabulous and such good value

I usually shop in store however thought I’d buy online for some children’s gifts, it was a lovely experience, I highly recommend sostrene Grene!

Goods arrived damaged, probably couriers fault, but S&G would not credit, even with photo evidence.
Long and delayed delivery, they do not make it clear when ordering that the hogs come from the EU, therefore there were customs delays.

Lovely shop full of beautiful items, I wish I had more money to spend I could buy most of the stock! Excellent value for money, fast delivery. Highly recommend this shop.

I shopped online for the first time and found it very easy to do. The prices are reasonable and the items are wrapped and packaged well.

Was over the moon with the fantastic quality of the online products I ordered, not having been to one of the stores. For the price, with free delivery, I was extremely surprised and delighted when my parcel arrived. ( great tracking, I knew where my parcel was throughout the delivery) definitely will be a repeat customer and would highly recommend.

I had no problems using the website. Picked out what I liked and ordered and received with no problems.
There’s lots of lovely unusual items on the website. Covering lots of different categories.
Reasonably priced too.

Sostrene Grene is a great company that supplies well-made and attractive goods - for home, crafts - and at great prices. I have just purchased a pair of green glass candle holders and candles which is a gift for someone with a Christmas birthday...they have a little holly leaf and berry on them which link in with the season, but are subtle enough to be on show all year. Very pleased with them.

Items are lovely, very well priced and packaged carefully. Arrived quickly, considering the items are shipped from abroad, and in perfect condition. Will definitely order again.

Everything easy to use when ordering, the store had sold out of the items I wanted so ordered online, everything packed well and came on the date it said 👍it's a lovely shop to browse around and find different items from usual places

I discovered this shop on a christmas shopping trip to Winchester.. what a lovely shop.. unique.. reasonably priced.. quirky.. AND an online shop too.. placed an order.. delivered swiftly.. lovely products.. love it, love it.. a great discovery!!

The purchase was easy online to source, for a very good price. The item - a knitting bowl which was beautifully designed & presented, a quality item making it a pleasure in the future to knit using it. I would highly recommend this item & will be purchasing more for the knitters in the family and friends.

I have found my new favourite shop!! I have ordered over and over the last few weeks, as the choice of festive decorations is great. Delivery takes a little while as it’s coming from Denmark, but I don’t mind as the items are lovely!
Love the website and love the items even more. Cannot wait to decorate for Christmas now. Thanks to the sisters for bringing this shop to the UK!

Truly awful service from Sostrene Grene. A huge disappointment as I’d just discovered it and had liked it - now I wouldn’t want to order again.

My delivery was stolen and I notified them of this one month ago, having asked my neighbours and my building manager before to confirm it was stolen. This shop has made me fill out a declaration that I’m not lying, and won’t issue a refund until their “investigation” is complete.

I have been made to feel like an absolute scammer when I just ordered some decorations for my birthday party, and would like a refund in time to re-order before the date.

They have been unable to update me at all. They cannot even confirm that they can re-send or refund. Right now I would be happy with either. I haven’t heard back from them in over a week since I last emailed!

It is unbelievable, disgraceful treatment of their customers. I have unfortunately had a parcel stolen before a few years ago and my experience with that shop couldn’t have been more different to this one.

A really frustrating experience which I will be keen to avoid in future.

We are new to the Sostrene Grenes family but are totally hooked. Producrs are beautifup, practical and excellent value. Our experience in store and online has been exceptional.

Beautiful and reasonably priced products. Just what I was looking for.

Would rate less if I could. Asked a member of staff whether there are any more advent candles and the response was ‘no because it’s couple of days till 1st December’ in a sarcastic tone! A simple no sorry would have sufficed. We got a rude response the last time we at the shop too. The till staff are very polite though.

I placed an order on 23/11 and five days later I still haven’t heard anything. No email informing me that it was shipped, no tracking number, nothing! I sent three emails to customer service and received no reply. I’m very disappointed with this website!!
