Sweets were fantastic
Sweets were fantastic, I ate them far too quickly ! 1.5 kilo should have lasted longer than a week 😳 very competitively priced . Delivery was longer than expected but maybe quicker next time !

Simply excellent. Jakki is an asset to the SoSweet team. Selection is the best online (trust me I checked!) and customer service is the best I’ve had in a long time. I had an email to let me know that 1 of the 9 bags of a particular sweet I ordered wasn’t available and got a refund. I then got a personal email from Jakki to let me know they were expecting more stock soon with a link to ‘notify me’ when they arrive. Everything arrived perfectly & swiftly. As someone who works in marketing I can’t emphasise that recommendation is the best form of marketing your product and company. Will only ever go here for my sweets in future. Thanks Jakki x

Terrible company
I ordered 3 packs of sour patch kids , once received I found them to have a funny taste and didn’t taste right , reported this to SS now no one wanna take responsibility and just ignoring my emails I asked on a number of occasions I’m happy to return the sweets as they not fit for purpose all they said oh no else complains about our sweets well I ain’t everyone. Issue still ain’t solved big waste of £21 ever I will never use this company again

I ordered the 2 x 1kg bags for £10 and they were 1 bag mixed jelly and bag mixed fizzy sweets. I also ordered a 1kg bag of raspberry spogs. I got these for my mum for mother's day and honestly it was such good value for money. The bags have good variety which is great. My only issue is with the mixed fizzy bags, my bag was mostly coke bottles which aren't my mums favourite but it wouldn't stop us from ordering again. The sweets are a great price and get shipped super quickly - the shipping is also such good price. 10/10 thank you so much !! 😊

Lucky I give one star, RECEIVED OUT OF DATE SWEETS. What a disappointment, for my first order. I think you find I was offer 50% refund, then they changed it to keep me happy and also wanted the sweets back, what can you do with out of date sweets🤔
