Abiyas fit lovely Masha Allah and the fabric is also lovely. My niqaba were also lovely and i was so happy i ordered 3 more abiyas Alhamdulilah

It was very nice alhamdulillah but the khimar was a little too short

When I started ordering at Sotra I was very impressed by their product quality. However, their customer service is terrible. They don't inform you of anything, they reply very late and the worst of all is if they made a mistake they don't even try to solve it. Atleast that's how it came across. My first orders have been good, I guess I got lucky, because the last one and all the orders from my sister were terrible.
They have nice clothes but really think twice before purchasing.

i waited for my order for a month while the website says that the delivery takes two to three working days.

customer service is also terrible.

unfortunately, there was no compensation or concession. i'll never order here again

I placed an order on 16-11-2021 and have not received anything to date.
Can't cancel order either. I can only return the products after receipt and I will do that if I ever receive my package again.

I have to go after myself every time and every week it is promised that the end of the week will come.

I wonder if the products have to come from China..

Really good the size, texture and the shipping fast!

Almost a month passed and I still haven't recieved my items. Haven't recieved any clear information about delivery either. Communication via email is not written in English language so its difficult to understand for those who order from UK. Very disappointed.

Its been over a week and i have not recieved shipping details yet. I feel a bit lost and feel to contact paypale already but i will another couple of days to see if i dont recieve shipping details and estimate..........i will cancell the order untirely.

I love this company, nice and modest clothing, packaged and delivered with care, I love the quality of their products and they are fairly priced as well.

I want to cancel the order and it is not possible...

Very disappointed.Why on earth would you write the clothing comes in 2-3 days and I am still waiting.A week passed.Did not expect that.

I love the khimar and the hijabs. I also apreciate the abayas but i cannot buy them because of the lenght, i am not tall so they are too long for that’s make me sad because. i bought one abaya khadidja but i wore it only one day at home.
