Fabulous customer service particularly…

Fabulous customer service particularly by Skye and Amy. I made an error on a personalised date and emailed the customer service and they were very quick to respond and alter the product. I was kept in the loop and given thorough updates. Would highly recommend.

Ordered item 19th April

Ordered item 19th April. Still waiting tried to email no response. You have my money now I want my goods. On checking this company messed up a previous order should have realised before would never have used them again. Sort my order please it’s for a birthday this month 2026 not 2027

Amy was amazing

Amy L was an amazing customer service representative! She helped me so much through the ordering process when I was being a little bit difficult. Everything worked out in the end and the package arrived in time for me to give as a present! Also the quality of the socks were perfect !

Ordered an LED name sign

Ordered an LED name sign , awful cheap looking product, looks nothing like advert but was told pictures were for illustration purposes only , contacted customer support with pictures of purchase and concerns about quality and the fact it didn't match advert , but instead of resolving the issue and issuing a simple refund and to return item was asked to take more pictures for God knows what reason ,
Dont order from this site you'll be very disappointed at the product and the after sales service.

My photo fridge magnet just arrived…

My photo fridge magnet just arrived looks great and the song sounds great except it's supposed to be the full song but plays less than half this is really annoying as states it would play the full song.

Very Friendly & Communicative

Even though I ordered my package with a tight deadline (and I don't believe my package will make it on time - my fault). The team at Soulfeel was very communicative and honest about the transaction. Overall it was a very good experience and I will order from them again. Special thank you to Amy!

The delivery was fast and sufficient…

The delivery was fast and sufficient there was a bit of faith with evri but was resolved quickly. Over all product and service was fantastic. 10/10 definitely recommend you pay the extra to not have evri deliver your package though lol

Far from impressed

Far from impressed. The website made the items look fantastic and professional it after two weeks of waiting, why I had was far from what I was expecting. Packaging was inadequate and not packed securely although it was covered. Cheap damaged frame. Chop out of wood. Quality of actual photo / not how it was sold. Asked for return label to return and was offered a part refund of £5 then £10. Iv refused. I paid £25. Won’t be recommending to anyone. Go elsewhere and pay a little more and get good quality products.

had a box with picture flip. half fell out, some where too big so didn't fit. customer service is shocking. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES!!

Soufeel sucks

Soufeel sucks! Period. It’s a scam. The product came in months later, and I’m surprised I even received a product. Also nothing like the image I ordered. Looks like it’s from the dollar store. Came from somewhere in china. Do not buy . Skip this company and used a trusted source to buy personalized gifts

Unfortunately my order arrived damaged. Amy was lovely and responded promptly, providing me with a replacement item free of charge.

Poor sound and picture quality

The delay, and then the joy.

This was the first time I bought products from you. Initially, I wasn't in a hurry because the product took a long time to arrive (almost 2 months), and it was difficult to understand why, perhaps because I live in Africa (Angola). Next time, I will order using a shipping company (Fedex, DHL).
But after several contacts with you, and after you always showed willingness to help, I finally managed to locate and receive the product, and it was excellent. The product was very well packaged and quite good, the quality was excellent, I recommend it.
