Soufeel has a .co.uk website but is Chinese and goods take about a month to get to the UK. I personally feel this is unacceptable and ordering for an occasion will leave you short, guaranteed. Comms are also very slow. Be warned.

I ordered a photo box for a friend's birthday. It arrived and all the photos had fallen out and it felt really cheaply made. It was over £40 to have it delivered. I contacted customer service and was sent a video link to fix it.. bare in mind this was a gift for a friend and I'm now being asked to send them a video on how to fix this gift. If it wasn't possible to fix they were going to refund £2.99. Poor quality, do not order

AFTER WAITING QUITE A WHILE - MY ‘MUSEUM OF US’ ARRIVED. I WROTE AN EMAIL OF COMPLAINT (below) WITH NO RESPONSE TO DATE:
Where to start!
After waiting a significant period of time for my product, I was looking forward to receiving it however it falls way below standard for the following reasons:
1. There was a protective film over both sides of the Perspex cover. That in itself is fine however the perspex was fixed into the frame and couldn’t be removed. I had to peel off the film but the edges couldn’t be removed fully so the edges had the film or bits of it left. When I plugged in the lighting, this highlighted the ‘messy’ edges of remaining film even further, so that is unacceptable.
2. The chandelier that I purchased is way too long for the picture. To attach it, it hung over two of the photographs, so not effective at all.
3. I ordered a bench to place with the figures, which I received however, the bench was far too big! The figures were tiny in comparison. The bench was nowhere near the same scale/size as the figures, so is useless.
4. Finally the glue stick is no good. Once the figures dried the figures just fell down and ‘unstuck’.
The quality of this item is nowhere near worth what I paid for it!
BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY!!
