Wigs tangle or matte easily . Does not feel like 100% human hair.
Two of the three wigs are beutiful. But the one name Lynn is differs from what was advertised. With my experience wit human hair wigs, these wigs more like a blend of synthetic and human hair.

The ordering process was clear. After I decided which model wig I wanted customized for my preference. I tape measured my head dimensions and lastly selected the shade/color. A couple of weeks later received my custom wig. It was exactly as ordered and it fit perfectly.
