It took longer to customize my wig cap because of missed communication, which was resolved. When I finally received my wig, I must say that it was beyond my expectation. You send the wrong wig. It should have been Lena but it was not. My wife is highly disappointed and told me not to dare order from you guys again. So, you tell me what options I have.

Wrong Wig/Horrible practice
I ordered before Mother's day. DARK SALT/PEPPER BOB WITH A CENTER PART 10 IN... SOUL Lady sent me a 4 inch grey wig. Right away I emailed. This morning I got an email saying I have to ship it back( not my error) and then I will be reimbursed. Bad horrible practice it is your error you can clearly see that. Your warehouse sent something completely wrong no question. What type of game are you playing with people's money? especially me a disabled senior. I have to find a printer go to the postoffice for your blatant carelessness... I would have preferred to hear out of stock.. this is my second purchase the first wig the color was off but I ended up keeping it because my Brother and Dad died I couldn't go through hassle.. now I give your company another try and this is your response.. if you make such a gross error you should provide a shipping label. When send this back I dont want anything from you but a complete refund. I will stick with the other wig company who provides an excellent customer experience and sells beautiful salt and pepper wigs. When they ship something you dont like they send a shipping label....... your practice is Unacceptable too much hassle when its your blatant error. I really wish I could show what I ordered and what you sent..so the people can see why this angered me... and your 646 number is not accepted messages.. I wonder why!!!!!!!!! I will stick with the company who LUV U ME......
