My wig took forever to arrive

My wig took forever to arrive! When I finally got it the color and the cut were exceptional! Just beautiful! However, the cap was too large no matter how I adjusted it. This was two years ago and I only wore the wig once! I gave it to my niece. At the time I didn’t know you could get a smaller size (and pay more) or I would have done it. Now, I might try another wig from them, even though I don’t believe you should have to pay more for a smaller size.

It looks like my hair.

I love Mrs Dorothy it’s so soft and it’s human hair. The quality is amazing. Customer service and delivery were amazing. I dyed her natural black I did leave a little gray around my face. I’ve received so many compliments they think it’s my hair. It’s so light most of the time I forget I have it on. I add curls once a week.

I thought I had received the wrong wig

I thought I had received the wrong wig, however, once I reached out to Soul Lady. They kindly encouraged me to check further and get back to them. They explained that they wanted ALL their customers to be happy. I learned how to measure wigs and how to care for my new "look".

As a first-time customer

As a first-time customer, my experience is a nightmare. I have order a wig and got the wrong item. I have reached out immediately by chat and provide all the necessary information and pictures, for a smooth process. It has been already 5 days that I have called at 646-821-7855, chatted and emailed to receive the prepaid return label for an exchange because the mistake was made from the seller and they cannot even honor their own policy regarding the shipping fee. Still on ongoing issue back and forth asking me if I want to keep the wrong wig and sending me the address for return without the waybill. It seems like the caring is not important. I have been asking for an exchange and your policy does mentioned if mistake by the seller the shipping fee is on the seller and not customer. I have already sent numerous email,but still no prepaid return label.

This is not a company you want to…

This is not a company you want to purchase from. I just recently purchased a wig from them it did not appear the way it looked in the picture the color was wrong it was too short and the cap was poorly made. I requested a refund just as their policy states that I can do I got told that I would have to pay a restocking fee and pay to return the item or they wanted to offer me $11 and some damn coupons for the purchase of another week which I have no intention of buying any further wigs from them I really just wanted to return the one I wasn't happy with per their policy, and get my money back, but you're going to try to take about 40 to $50 which is half of what I paid for this wig to take it back and it is unused as I show them in a video I have not going to wear it because I can see by the edges it's badly made and it won't look right on my head if I try to do so not to mention again it's not the color that I anticipated and it does not look complementary to my complexion. So with that being said don't waste your money don't lose your money stay away from them they need to be sued, they need to be put out of business and they need to stop lowballing their base, because I the customer have time I will post everywhere in any place I can with regards to this company at any given time it takes one bad customer to ruin a business so that's what you better remember the next time you try to sell somebody a poorly made wig and then you ask them to take $11 and some raggedy coupons to keep it!

Salt Pepper Beauty

This is my first order with Soul Lady. My wig was a flash sale, 16 inches wavy, medium salt and pepper. The construction of the wig is very good. Very thick and curly, so much so that I am going to thin her out for a custom look. I am very pleased that I purchased from this store that I have placed another order. NOTE the ordering process, and customer service is exceptional. Your order is very important to this company and that's a rare commodity these days.

My fabulous hair

I have been trying to find a wig that suit my features forever and this one is the only wig with gray highlights the way I like it more natural . Soft,bouncy and don't make me look like like my great grandma .

Wigs are not human

I purchased a wig did exactly what the card says… I worn this wig one day by night time it was nappy dry texture felt weird. I am going to BBB… I paid 183.00 for this wire feeling wig! I want my refund!
Sent many emails!!! They blame me…

The quality of the hair

The quality of the hair excellent. Its very very soft, and very natural. I purchased this wig for a change. I get many compliments on how natural it looks and feel. Shipping was fast and packaging was great. I intend to buy more from Soul Queen.

Soul Lady pulled a Bait and Switch on…

Soul Lady pulled a Bait and Switch on my 83 year old mother. She saw a lovely-looking wig, appropriate for an older lady in a Facebook ad of theirs. She ordered it and what arrived was in no shape or way what she saw in the ad. It was a sad-looking five and dime store type of wig; something that could only be worn for comedic effect. Fine, so she requested a refund, more than glad to send it back, only to be given the run-around and no refund. Funny enough, Soul Lady has begged my mother to stop writing negative reviews about the $118 they stole from her. They are just fine with essentially stealing her money though. Soul Lady has no heart and certainly no soul. Don't take a chance with them.

You sent me the WRONG WIG

You sent me the WRONG WIG. I ordered #6175, not sure what I received, but I would not put this wig on a DOG! I have tried to contact SOUL LADY several times, even writing text late into the night, in case your located in China. Very disappointed, you have robbed me of $118.00 of my hard earned MONEY. You have a nerve requesting STARS, stars are the last thing you deserve.
