I purchased a wig topper from this company. When I received the color was not right and the style of the topper was not what I expected. So I contacted the company so I could return. They asked if I wanted to exchange I said yes that would be good advised of the item I wanted to exchange for. They told me to purchase the item I wanted to exchange and then send back the item I did not want, they did not return slips so I have to pay to send back and they will charge me $20 to restock the item. Please do not deal with this company, buyer beware.

Good evening, I cannot thank you enough for my custom medium salt and pepper wig, the quality is top notch, and very little shedding. I get sooooo many compliments from people I don’t even know. I purchased my salt and pepper deep…
I purchased my salt and pepper deep wave wig 1/21/2026. I received it 2/5/2026.
When it arrived I opened it up removed the wig , the smell was bad, I wash it and pond washing I see that the wig is shedding ok didn’t think to much about it I then with a wide tooth paddle brush began to gently brush the wig and even more hair began to shed but only the gray hairs the black hair didn’t shed at all . Its disappointing . I’m not going to return the wig , I’ll accept the loss, and I will never return.

Poor customer service & return policy
Initially I was very excited to receive the wig after a long delay; however, after taking it out the box I was very disappointed. It wasn’t the correct color, it had a terrible odor, and at least this particular wig could not be returned. I do not know if it’s the same policy for all wigs, but this specific one could not be returned. This is the one and only time I will do business with them. Without an appropriate return policy or an appropriate customer service contact, I will no longer do business with them.

THIEVES!!!!!
The wig was undeliverable due to incorrect address, I requested on the UPS website, to deliver to a nearby neighbor instead. UPS did not follow the instructions, therefore I had the wig returned back to Soul Lady. UPS delivery notification shows the wig was delivered and received by Soul Lady and signed by someone named "June". I emailed them requesting a refund and my emails go unanswered, and still haven't received a refund!

Absolute perfect match…
I've order wigs and hairpieces from other sources and was never satisfied with the color that I received. Salt and pepper hair is difficult to match and I have more pepper than salt strands. I was looking for something other than a wig to provide some volumn to my thinning long hair. I generally wear my hair in braids but try to give it a break and wear it natural.
