Love the website! Products came fast less than two weeks, and it was pretty cheep. Sizing was good and quality were representative to the price. I live in Norway and did not have to pay tax or toll, but I’m not sure if I just got some luck. I brought 4 dresses and I will bye again, and recommend to friends.

everything I ordered from this site came on time, I ordered six bikinis and the size suits me, when I ordered I received an email that three bikinis are not available and if I want my money back or to choose the other three, I chose the other three and it was easier than expected, I am positively surprised by the service and I will definitely order again.

I bought 3 times from soulmia: the first just to get some tshirt and seeing the quality. Everything was ok so.i tried with other t-shirt and also my friends want some of them! The order was ok too then the last time.with two dresses and something for my housband. Everithing was ok and the support is realli valid!!

I was very concerned after reading reviews about Soulmia after I had ordered the first time. I had ordered 7 graphic t shirts but I really loved the them so I thought that it was worth a try. I would end up ordering 6 more because they were so cute! Anyway, there was a bit of delay but when I contacted the company they reassured me that they were moving to another facility and they would upgrade to faster shipping! So I received my shirts and I was thrilled. They were individually wrapped and seemed in great condition! My only complaint would be that they run smaller so I have to be very careful washing and drying them so they won’t shrink. Otherwise each shirt is of decent material and the stitching and appliqué is pretty good! I would definitely buy from them again!

I ordered seven T-shirts from the site.
Got all of them fast, six of them were great fit and as expected. One T-shirt was smaller then expected but after reaching out to Soulmia Support I got refund very quick and with no problems. Great customer support!

I ordered 7 T shirts on 20 Jun 2021 and the package is delivered to my mail box 12 days after. I live in Norway.The fabric is very soft and nice.The printers are clear and look exactly like advertising pictures on the website.l'm 150cm ,49kg. All T shirts I ordered in size S and XS because I just wanna wear it normal size so if you prefer oversize you should go 3-4 size up. Very sastisfied with my purchased. Also received a canvas bag with funny dinasour as a gift for my purchase.Happy custumer I'm.

The ordering process was very simple. The delivery time was slightly longer than expected but only by 3 or 4 days. The quality of the items was very good. They were exactly as described. I have washed both t shirts and both of them have washed up fine. I am happy with my purchases.

After some loops between myself and the customer service staff, the refund was properly processed into my account. Initially, it was a bit frustrating, however, after one of the Managers gets involved in the case everything was handle in a nice, friendly and supportive way! What makes me believe that, probably, my initial frustration may have happened due to inexperienced staff or internal miscommunication. Thank you! I may buy again... (since 2/3 clothes fit nicely!)
