It's been amazing using these…

It's been amazing using these Soundbright Mini hearing aids. I was concerned that the earbuds wouldn't fit my ear, but they sent me many different sizes to fit! They are way better that I don’t have to change the batteries and nobody notices them in my ears

Very pleased with the hearing aids so…

Very pleased with the hearing aids so far. I ordered them online on Amazon and they came right to my door. The customer service people responded quickly to my questions over email. Good price especially compared to more expensive hearing aids at the audiologist

My husband and I are thrilled with the quality of the Soundbright hearing aides!
I purchased them for him after his $4000
aides were not cutting it by a long shot!
Constant interaction, advice, tips and training was just top notch.
The response time on emails were always quick and thorough. I am just thrilled for my husband, so happy he can hear better and doesn’t have to worry about “pretending” he knows what’s being said. I’m happy I don’t have to repeat myself. It’s a win- win for us!

Cary was so helpful and clearly…

Cary was so helpful and clearly explained and answered all of my questions. I am truly much more enjoying my hearing aids now. Being able to control them on my phone is such an easy process. I am not very computer literate, but my husband understood everything that was happening and his questions to Cary (which she answered quite succinctly) made it so easy. Thank you so much.

Hearing clearly.

Kairey was very helpful and professional in setting up my hearing aids. I previously wore behind the ear option for 4-5 years. I am happy with the clarity of the Sony CRE-E10. I am having an adjustment period due to in the ear vs behind the ear.

Convenient Scheduling

Happy Hubby & his wife!

I purchased these for my hubby of 54 yrs. Prayed he would find peace with them. God opened that door & hubby is soooo happy &even saw him dancing in front of our TV! Ask him what he wanted me to say & he says they are great & would tell the whole world about them.
I would say he's pleased & so am I♡

Great customer service on a great product!

I have gotten such great information and service from day one! It's great to have such great support during these times when so many companies farm out their customer service to India, or other countries. It's hard to understand their representatives due to their strong accents. Now, with my new hearing aids, I shouldn't have quite as much trouble with that.

They don't work

They don't work. On the phone I had a consultation with an agent. He directed me how to remove the click sleeve. I couldn't do it, even though I am a Mechanical Engineer. He directed me to use scissors and tweezer to remove which I did with much difficulty. I want to sit down face-to-face with someone to show me how they can remove the click sleeve on my other hearing aid. That supposedly was going to be set up but I never got a call. I think there is a problem with how these hearing aids we're assembled.
