The level of service these guys provide is incredible! I'm so used to buying technical products off websites and having minimal support with using them while I tear my hair out but the experience with Soundbright was friendly and efficient. My old hearing aids, from a respected brand, just weren't letting me hear conversations. They were adjusted several times but still not good.
By chance, I listened to a pitch for the Sony aids. The price was $600 less than my old ones, plus they had a 45 day trial. If I wasn't satisfied, full refund. My plan B was a $4,000 pair, so I got the Sony aids and did I ever make a good decision.
I now hear almost every conversation, even in a noisy environment. Plus, they have a ginormus amount of adjustment!
They are very water resistant, in case I forget to take them off to shower or swim
I am very happy with my Sony devices and would recommend them.

Patrick, thanks for your call yesterday. I was not able to understand all you said so, thinking I needed to service my Phonaks, I did that and also had ear wax removed. Today I'm trying the Sonys with S sleeves and not hearing anything for feeling any discomfort. They are fully charged. I did watch the Sony 15 min. video and have just started the first of 5 SB videos. Attempted again to set up Sony app and failed with the pw. Keep in touch.
