Souq is cheating on price of item they post
i purchase a mobile worth 190 SR, but during delivery day they inform me that the price of mobile is totally wrong, and they will not deliver the item. This is not acceptable this is clearly violating my rights as a online buyer, putting wrong price in the items is not my mistake they should be more vigilant , Souq should be responsible for this error , I'm so disappointed with there service.

They refuse to publish poor reviews for any product and send a feedback that your review is a complaint not a review. I wrote a poor review about what is assumed a brand Black & Decker sprinkler which was a poor quality and broke after the first use and they replied this is a complaint not a review; how on earth can you let buyers be aware of a bad product? same has occurred with other products. Obviously
they do partner with their merchandise sellers rather than their customer!
I had my trust in them for being an Amazon company but in fact they are a disgrace to Amazon; NO MORE BUSINESS !!

Items sold are not as described on many occasions, customer service takes at leat 5-7 days to respond and you will need to wait up 2 weeks if all goes well to receive a refund.
Amazon and souq cannot simply deny any accountability as we are seeking their store for their supposidly trusted brand and descriptions which they should moderate.
I intend to file a formal complaint with my local ccustomer consumer authority - as people should not risk their lives nor income with a firm that will not protect them against such risks
Extremely Angry On Bad Service !
Its been 10 days i am calling Souq.com call center. They are still thinking its a joke. My delivery was supposed to be 27th May Max. But i called them around 3-4 times. It seems call center people are only trained to say "We will update you soon" nothing more they know. Such a non professional attitude. Everytime i call they promise for a call back and resolve, but unfortunately they are really failed to even call back and update. Such a poor service !!!
I cannot imagine Amazon Name with souq.com with this bad service.
If souq.com cannot do a profeesional Job, they should remove all the fake specs items they cannot deliver as per promises made to them. I got to know the procedure to complain to Dubai Economic Dept. About all this. And i will do the needful by tmrw morning. Better to complain instead of wasting time. souq.com is not even bothered about these issues. Souq.com have a courier company called Wing..which are absolutely useless.
I paid for same day delivery.. Delivery was promised between 7pm and 11pm.. 11.15pm still no delivery..
Calling all contact numbers and surprise surprise no answer.
Next day I go through delivery tracking and was amazed to see that they tried to deliver my item at 2am!! Who / What company delivers at this hour...
I then contact courier who is illiterate and rude and says that it is his day off and will not deliver today...
After that I try to call him back, try to call Wing ... and funny enough all numbers are switched off...
I eventually get through to Souq.com who try to be helpful but are not.. just full of excuses.
Why do Souq.com sub contract out courier services who can't be trusted..

Appalling customer service. So bad you cant believe it could be true. You cant even email to complain. Waiting for weeks for refund after they took money for a item not in stock. They wont listen.
The worst service I have ever experienced -and we still don’t have our money back
We ordered osocozy Unbleached prefolds with Souq.com two months ago and they never arrived. Not 1 member of staff could tell me where they were or whether they were going to arrive. I tried to cancel the product-to no avail. I called every day for 3 weeks to be told the same thing. We STILL have no refund and no product-two months later. It is the worst service I have ever experienced.
Wing, Souq's delivery service sucks big time
Souq's Delivery service is the best example for worst customer satisfaction. They don't look into the delivery instructions, they work the way they want to work.
I have instructed Souq to deliver items on working days before 5 PM as the delivery address is my office location. This is the 3rd time the delivery guy called me for 6PM for the delivery. If you reschedule the delivery and call them the next day for follow up they simply blame you for the failed delivery attempt.

If you create an account with this company, Your information will be owned by them; they refused to delete my account and so hold my personal details against my own will.

4 star reviews are not allowed on Souq
Honest reviews are not allowed on Souq, Souq will always remove any 4 star or below review (with text) and flag it as a complaint. The results? Wrong phone case color, broken maginifer lamp (by design), Chinese fake Arduino advertised as original burned my laptop on external power, couldn't warn people with a review. Be careful with shipping, always use pickup location, never delivery to house as the delivery drivers are tourists, let alone the absence use of a GPS.

Check also warranty for electronics as a lot don't come with any warranty.
