Anita first came into contact with the most natural way to bake bread - the sourdough starter when her belated husband had his gallbladder removed, and couldn't eat yeasted bread anymore. She immediately fell in love with sourdough, and found her mission to spread her passion across the globe so as many people as possible can bake better bread and other fermented treats. Anita has been baking exclusively with sourdough since 2012, in 2016 she became one of the first ambassadors of the Quest for Sourdough Initiative, started posting on Instagram @sourdough_mania where her pictures and videos turned viral by Business Insider, Daily Mail, Unilad, Bored Panda, Martha Stewart.

Loved this workshop, great for beginners and beyond!

I had a wonderful time at the warm and welcoming workshop! As a complete beginner, I was so happy to leave feeling confident about baking my own bread. It was a well-structured, clear, and incredibly useful workshop. Anita's experience shone through, and she made the whole process so easy to understand.

very easy to follow instructions

very easy to follow instructions! my bread is not turning out quite right, but that is a "me" issue. I will continue to perfect it over time. I love Anitas recipes and her style of teaching though. A great value for this class.

Sourdough bread workshop in Split was…

Sourdough bread workshop in Split was wonderful! I had some knowledge abour sd baking, but I am a bigginer in this baking journey. Anita was so wellcoming and heartfull so the whole workshop was like we were old friends getting together and making some bread.
The time passed too quickly and I am sure I will go to another workshop pretty soon.

Great Experience!

Very useful workshop, relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Anita is very approachable and ready to answer all questions and explain everything. I am enjoying doing my sourdough bread rvery week! For every recommendation!
