Item I ordered came quickly and literally kept me sane in a very bad outbreak, and is there now as my go to lifesaver when needed. Totally recommend and am very very thankful. Wish you all the very best in all you do.

The team at cosi-care showed so much compassion and care and I received the roller ball to gift to my friend. It has provided so much relief to her little girl. Fabulous product. Eczema sufferer since birth, and current stage is itchy skin all the time especially at night. The scratch star is a brilliant product for either cooling the skin or scratching. I also have the puffer itch roller and bumpy ball which great for popping in hand bag and good for eye area and face.
It took me a good 6 months trying to make a decision to buy this and I am so glad I did. It doesn’t cure eczema but is great to limit damage and for itch relief. Well done cosi care.

My order got delayed due to the US government shutdown a while back. When it happened, many products, including CosiCare items were unable to be processed and took months passed the expected delivery time.

CosiCare consistent kept me updated and had a team member keep us aware of where my order was and why it wasn’t delivered yet. They were quick to respond to questions. Their customer service is exceptional!

Even better is there products. I suffer from moderate eczema that has left me uncomfortable and insecure. I bought the CosiCare Scratch Star and love it. It really helps with reducing the itching sensation and helped me curve my bad habit. Now my eczema is much more manageable and I use my star to help apply lotion.

Roller, mini roller and scratch star users here!
Our household have been CosiCare customers for 4 years this year and the original scratch star and large roller that I bought are still in excellent condition and regularly used by me and my children (4 and 6yo). The addition of the mini rollers were a perfect 'on the go' addition to our CosiCare products last year!
I still regularly recommend these products to friends with children with eczema/allergies.
I love that despite growing as a company the customer service service still feels personal and the products are designed for an often overlooked patient group!

I genuinely love this company, Lauren really goes the extra mile to help eczema sufferers and the products are amazing.

I was a bit sceptical initially as the price point is high but after using the products on my daughter I am a total convert and can honestly say they are worth every penny. We own the scratch star, scratch attack roller and the finger roller and my daughter loves them all.

I bought a star for my granddaughter who was struggling with her eczema. She is only young (5yrs old) and was literally ripping strips of skin off her arms and legs. The cycle of bleeding, scratching, crying and itching seemed perpetual with no relief offered other than steroid cream (which thins the skin!) … storing the star in the fridge, the metal is so cooling when rubbed on the affected area. It doesn’t tear the skin, but soothes. This has been a game changer! Highly recommended… xx

I purchased the Scratch Star from Cosi Care back in 2024, and honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for managing my eczema.

Before using it, I struggled constantly with itching, especially at night, which made it hard to sleep and often made my skin worse. Since I started using the Scratch Star, the difference has been huge. It helps me soothe the itch without damaging my skin, and over time it’s genuinely helped reduce flare-ups.

I bought the full set, there are so many golden reviews, videos on social media, endorsements saying these things are so relieving. Don't believe the hype.
My son has eczema on his cheeks, I used the rollerball for his face, no effect, even cooled, if anything it just makes him more annoyed.
I have eczema on my hands and sometimes on other body parts, I tried to use the star, the tiny rollerball. No effect.
It's just good marketing aimed at desperate itchy people. And I had hoped so SO bad for relief for my son and me. All I got was disappointment and wasted money.

My 4 year old experiences red rashes and breakouts from his eczema. We have tried all types of topical ointments and only see temporary results. We understand how important gut health is and its impact on eczema but see struggle to be able to get him to try new foods as hes on the spectrum. We were hopeful that the cosi kit would help relieve some of this pain but unfortunately we were never able to get him to try despite many efforts. So im short, my review is not based off of the effectiveness of this product. Despite no fault in the product itself, a customer rep reached out to help understand our situation and to make it right for us. They didnt have to, but they did. And this spoke volumes for us in terms of the type of company they are and I would 100% support them. Thank you.

After a very bumpy start with Cosi Care -
We got there in the end and I received all my deliveries and I also ordered some extra bits.

What can I say, now a 45 year old and after having eczema my whole life on and off, has this company made something worth the money!!!!

YES!!!!

At age 16 my eczema was clear thanks to the steroid creams Elocon and fucidin which to this day I still rely on and can not fault to be honest, as they always help.

But as I have got older and my body has changed, hormones, having children, loosing a loved one in the last year and just basically general life, my skin seems to have changed and got alot worse and as any eczema sufferer will tell you, isn't scratching wonderful (until you realise the damage you've done!) I have used back scratchers, forks, butter knifes, kids toys, dog toys, infact I could right a book on what not to scratch with as these things literally rip your skin apart!!!!!!

So some where along the Internet I came across Cosi Care and thought I'm just not sure, and yes let's be honest its a bloody lot of money for these products but after 2 months I ordered a few bits -

There main product, The Scratch Star, I'm not 100% sure and haven't used this loads, its good but I'm quite a bony person and it does feel a bit funny on my legs but rubbing your hands over it is very therapeutic and a really good way not to scratch your hands.

The large smooth scratch ball, absolutely wonderful on my legs and real game changer, also my son who is slightly autistic and very sensory aware has absolutely fallen in love with this as a sensory toy (not what Cosi Care advertise it as but a double win in our world)
He has very very slight eczema on his legs and privates occasionally and this is really relaxing for him to use and he is quite happy not to scratch if he uses this.

I also added the hair / scalp scratcher and the two tiny puffer balls, I have only had these 24 hours and I am already obsessed with these and am working out how many more I need, car, overnight bag etc, because I literally can not live with out them.

I have always scratched my scalp because why not, isn't it great having a place to scratch where nobody can see (not so great when the shampoo and conditioner burns in the shower) but the scalp star is an absolute game changer and of course the children have had head massages😄

As for the two smaller balls, I have not put the bumpy ball down, this between my hands and fingers is absolutely amazing and I literally will never put this down.

So all in all, yes Cosi Care is expensive and no it won't cure your eczema, but I have always believed if you stop scratching you have won half the battle.

I speak exactly as I find and these products are 100% worth every penny you pay for them and I will be ordering some more little puffer balls as the feeling is amazing and full of relief as well as relaxing.

They may take a while to deliver and it may take a while to save up for their products but I can honeslty say they are definitely worth it and an added bonus for children with eczema and sensory needs / urges.

I am very disappointed with the pricing of Cosi Care products. While the concept of a "Scratch Star" is helpful, the cost is simply not close to being fair. Paying nearly £70 for what is essentially a textured cooling tool feels like it exploits the emotions of parents who are desperate to help their children with eczema.

I find the value for money to be extremely poor. Furthermore, after looking at the reviews on their own website, they seem heavily curated to hide negative feedback regarding the price and quality. I am sharing this here so other parents can have a realistic expectation.

I have had eczema all my life, and this is a game changer. I no longer get nagged about scratching and I can relieve the itch with the scratch star knowing my skin won’t get damaged. It’s not cheap, but it’s a quality medical grade product.

We really hoped this product would be a game changer, but it sadly was not. It’s simply too large for our 5yo to use herself, and even when we rub her body with it, she finds it’s offers little to no relief. Maybe more suitable for adults. Unfortunately an expensive mistake.

Did leave a review on their website last week, but perhaps unsurprisingly they haven’t added it (keeping the ratings artificially high maybe?!), so thought I’d add it here!

Edited review: upon seeing the below review, the company have contacted me and offered a full refund as I was not happy with the product. It seems to work well for other people but was unsuccessful in helping my partner’s eczema.

I spent ages deliberating on this product and eventually purchased it for my partner with severe eczema. It doesn’t provide him with much relief at all. Can’t believe I spent so much money on this.

I pre-ordered mine from America October 20 and it was supposed to ship latest November 20. I received a few emails and now I'm supposed to expect it to ship in January... it is a very frustrating wait...

I messaged on Instagram beforehand for advice as to which product to get and they replied so quickly and politely! I ordered on a Monday and it arrived the following day, and my daughter has found immediate relief in using it. She’s only 1 and has already figured out how to use it herself! Such a great relief to help her skin.
