When I first contacted Lake Area Homes, investments LLC I wasn't sure whether or not, they were the type of company that I wanted to deal with. I had never sold a home before, so I had many questions. So I looked them up on Google and saw that it was listed with a Better Business Bureau and they had been in business for 28 years, not a fly-by-night company, I decided to give them a call and was connected with Marc. He answered my questions, outlining what the process entails and gave me an overview of the company and the process. Then we talked about the property and the details regarding the house we both had many questions. But the conversation was easy and I knew from that point that This person was knowledgeable and competent and would be easy to work with. I was right. Each step of the process went just as he had outlined. If I needed to contact him with questions he always returned calls and got me the information I needed. I can't remember the date of that first conversation but the whole process, I'm sure was less than 60 days. It probably could have been achieved even faster. Had it not been for some time constraints on my end. I'm really happy with the sale of the property.And the way everything worked out. Marc was great to work with!
