The session was so informative, giving me practical advice to help me and my dog. I have yet to finish the seminar so I shall go back to it.

The reactivity seminar was really informative and just added to what we had learnt from our session with Aaron. Cant fault southend dog training as they have helped us get the ball started on training our hyper active rescue dog Sage. I have pages of notes!

I have been a customer of Southend dog training for over 2 years ordering his raw compressed food for my dog. This week a package arrived, damaged with the kibble flowing out of the box. Not a small rip can I add. When I flagged this to customer service to please send a replacement, they refused and said they can offer a partial refund, despite me voicing concerns that the food may have been contaminated due to the nature of the damage as I dont know where the parcel has been through transit. They then proceed to tell me that they will send a replacement if I send them a video of me pooring the food into the bin!!!! And that this is a DPD requirement!!!! I thought this was outrageous as the food was flowing out of the box, it seemed as if they were accusing me of getting free food. As a loyal customer who has had no issues in the past i did find this outrageous. They then agreed to deliver fresh food, on the condition the old food is collected, which is fine however I don't trust that they won't sell this to someone else. As a company that claims they care about dogs, it is ridiculous to me that they would be okay with me feeding my dog food that has clearly not been kept fresh and clean through transit. May I also add some correspondence was sent by the director which is also shocking to me.

A comprehensive seminar that covered an enormous amount of content in a really accessible way. I have met with two trainers previously who have left me more anxious and deflated. Whilst Adam was tough he was also encouraging and gave real practical tips which I feel confident trying.

Super informative and easy to follow with real world examples, taking out the complex confusing terms other trainers often throw out there and making it make sense to the lay person! Thank you

Good seminar with lots of info but I could hav done without the follow up text at 1am asking for feedback!

The reactivity seminar was just what I was looking for. Adam explained everything in detail and made it make sense and gave us why we do what we need to do. I was glad to find I’m doing some things right however I have a lot of room for improvement. I’ll be going over the seminar again and making the notes I need to move forward.

An absolutely brilliant seminar. Adam covered everything to do with reactivity in a clear and concise way. He made me laugh on so many occasions, as a lot of the things he talked about I could identify with, like the communicating with your dog. It made me realise how wrong I have been approaching my dogs reactivity. Thank you Adam for a brilliant two hour seminar. I have made lots of notes and will be putting them into practice.

The seminar was well structured and delivered. Lots of really interesting and useful information with guidance how to make changes to improve the life of a reactive dog.
I now need to make a plan where to start as so much information to take in and apply.

Adam gave a really informative session that kept me engaged from the beginning to the end.

The way the session was broken down and the explanations given made a lot of sense, as the owner of a reactive shepherd I shall now be using this info and be putting it into practice

From the moment we arrived I felt heard with my concerns and listened too. Thank you Aaron for an amazing afternoon I went home buzzing to get back out on the morning and restoring my confidence. Me and Milo thank you so much for working with us and taking time to really teach us about why Milo was reacting the way he was and the things we can do. Aaron spoke in great details explaining we’ll identify what my dog needs and what we needed to do

We have been following SDT for a few years now and their advice and short videos helped so much with a few issues we were experiencing with our large mastiff. Over time we were trying to combat a separate matter in the home, where our dog would get overexcited when guests would come over. He would jump up and continuously bark, to the point where we have not been having anyone come over for more than 5/10 minutes. Aaron visited us, and was so calm and understanding. I thought we would need hours and hours and possibly more than 1 visit however, within 2 hours our dog was settled in the living space by Aaron’s feet. We have been given the tools and knowledge to continue working on this area, with clear and uncomplicated advice. Can’t thank Aaron enough as we are now confident to start inviting people over!

Aaron was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. His experience was instrumental in understanding my dog’s behaviour and correcting/improving my management of it. I learnt so much in just 2 hours. Could not recommend enough.

Excellent service throughout. From the phone call with Gemma to meeting with Sophie. Both were so professional and informative. Myself, my 2 daughters and reactive pup were all met with a friendly face and felt at ease and took so much away from our session. We are looking forward to implementing what we have learnt and getting feedback with where we can make tweaks.
It was well worth the 3 hour drive and we are happy with the progress we made in our session. Thank you Sophie 😊

Amazing 1 to 1 session with Sophie! Took my 8 month German shepherd there to work on his reactivity and life skills loose lead walking and working on his control and high drive when to switch on and off etc. Very good communication with me and Kobe. Very thorough and to the point. A lot learnt in just one session! Highly recommended! Ryan
