A wonderful Christmas display , as always . From the singing Reindeer ,the story telling Owl and the trio of penguins to the massive range of decorations and trees. Southwood smashed it again for Christmas 2024!

Items received on time and in excellent condition

I have ordered on line and visited the shop. all staff go above and beyond . they not only have knowledge with regards to the goods they sell , they are helpful and polite . the christmas shop is amazing. well worth a visit. well done to you all.

The products I ordered are amazing quality, with fast delivery, the only downside was my large nutcracker arrived broken (off the stand, but these things happen) however George replied quickly to resolve the issue with a few options. I am very pleased and will be a returning customer.

From seeing the product at a different Garden Centre that was sold out I started trawling the net and was super happy to find the exact one at Southwood Garden Centre, I was even more happy when I found they delivered and the cherry on the cake was the free postage over a certain price. The whole Experience has been Super Quick and a seamless process from beginning to end. Delivery by DHL was also without problems. Thank You Southwood Garden Centre

Products very reasonable priced. We had an issue with an item damaged on delivery but a replacement was sent out as soon as they were informed of the issue.

I purchased some items from the online shop this week and made an error in my choice, that I only realised on delivery. I messaged the store and within ten minutes, George had arranged collection of the wrong item from my home address. He then re-ordered the correct items and shipped them out. Along with refunding the small difference, despite charging no new delivery costs. Never known such incredible quick and helpful customer service. Will certainly use the shop again. Thanks again

5* service and excellent products. I have now placed my 2nd order of Christmas decorations because my 1st order was fantastic! A couple of items were out of stock and the lovely ladies rang to let me know.
All my items were packaged well and arrived again within 24hours of ordering.

What a fabulous shop. Communication with seller by email was prompt. I bought some discounted Christmas items than can also be used in the fall. So happy with my purchase and postage was next day reasonable and this company exceeded my expectations.

The gifts I bought arrived well packaged and in a protective encasement of shredded cardboard . Nothing was broken and I could tell the person who packed it cared.
The items I bought , I am delighted with . The cost ..minimal.
