Prompt and efficient service. Great prices too

Great service, decent prices and fast delivery! I’ve went back to shop with Southwood numerous times and it’s always been a great service! Even bought some more pink candy cane Christmas decorations which have been difficult to find here! If you’re considering them but not sure - don’t have any doubts! Honest review!

I ordered a Xmas Snowman plate which was reasonably priced compared to other places and arrived really well packaged and quickly. I would definitely order from Southwood again they kept me up to date on my delivery and were polite and helpful in all aspects of my order.

This is such an easy site to navigate, delivery is fast and well packaged. I will continue to buy from Southwood Christmas Shop, as they have a beautiful selection and all reasonably priced.

I found this company’s website by chance when I was looking for glass baubles for my Christmas tree. I’m so glad I found it as the decorations are beautiful and just what I was looking for. I made my choice, placed my order and they arrived a few days later, very well packaged. I’ll definitely use the site again.

What a fantastic find!!!!! A great website to check out for christmas decorations and so easy to navigate with it breaking the options down to certain types of decorations you are looking for! And great priced which is why I have done several purchases in the last 2 weeks. Items are received really quickly too! I will more than likely be checking the site out again to fill my house with even more Xmas things!

I ordered a Lemax Christmas model village ice rink. The price was excellent and the delivery was very quick. I was concerned ordering on line because the models are very detailed and have breakable parts. However everything was very well packaged. Would certainly look to use Southwood again.

Lots of choice at prices that are good, I found some animal baubles that were silly prices from other well known sites/shops. The magic floating candles (I've bought 4 packs as my daughter loves them) are brilliant. Delivery is quick, cannot fault this small family run business, big thumbs up!

Over priced lantern although price tag on item said £7.99 it cost me more than £20. Exhorbitant delivery costs. Would never use this company again.

I ordered a LED Christmas tree which is absolutely beautiful. I forgot however to order the Adaptor which means you don't have to use batteries. Ordered this online but ordered 2 instead of 1. I phoned the company and the lady I spoke to was really helpful. She cancelled 1 and refunded me immediately. The other one has arrived and once again very pleased. Excellent service and quick delivery.

Order Christmas decorations both this and last year. All have been excellent , arrived promptly and all well package. At my age I have some difficulty with technology and having explained this to Southwood they were very quick to help. They have a total recommendation from me. So nice in this day and age to find someone / thing that does what it says when it says it will!

Fast delivery time on the order. There was a small problem with one of the items however the issue was resolved quickly. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use again.
