A phone call would be good as I’ve now sent 6 emails about a fake contract, debited money from our account for a garage that was never available. Even the guy renting the garage out is trying to get hold of you to find out why it’s even advertised on your platform as he advertised it on parkhound. I’ve now got a contract that there’s no service for, you can take my money each month and there’s no instructions as to how to cancel what wasn’t yours to cotnrextnout in the first place

I’m beyond frustrated with this experience.
The renter provided false availability information. I booked the parking space, entered my details, and made the payment. The listing showed the space as available for the dates I selected. It got through pending before my payment went through, but the bloody renter confirmed it without consulting with me first so now my payment went through stuck with a hassle of trying to get my money back! 169 for the parking and 150 for the bond! Thats 319 bucks awaiting to get back to mee!!
According to the process, the renter was supposed to communicate with me before confirming the booking. Instead, the renter confirmed the booking without checking with me first, only to later tell me that the parking space is not actually available for another 3–5 days. This completely contradicts the availability shown on the listing.
Because of this mistake, I had to contact Spacer to resolve the issue and request a refund. Unfortunately, their customer support has been extremely difficult to reach. I’ve been calling repeatedly for the past two days, sometimes for hours, and the phone line constantly says they are unavailable or assisting other customers. Emails also take a very long time to receive a response.
For a service that advertises “no hassle guaranteed”, this has been anything but hassle-free.
At this point, I just want my payment and bond refunded immediately. The entire process has been very disappointing and the customer service experience has been extremely poor.
