⚠️ Buyer Beware

Don’t fall into the quality trap. My experience with SPACES has been extremely disappointing.

After I placed my order and completed the payment, there was no response to my WhatsApp messages, emails, or phone calls. The lack of customer support after receiving payment is completely unacceptable.

If a company cannot respond to its customers after taking their money, it raises serious concerns about its commitment to customer service. My order number 112436 ordinary towel I paid 1999/-

Please be careful before ordering online. I hope the company improves its customer support and communication so other customers do not have the same experience.

Fraud company cheats - it’s been over four months refund is not processed. Multiple emails sent. Customer care number does not work.
Never purchase anything from them.

fraud company, had ordered 4 quilts on 15 August order id 82885, only 2 were delivered, had to follow up 50 plus time to get the other items delivered, they sent 2 cheap door mats instead of 2 quilts worth 2500. Such a fraudsters, do not buy anything from them, wondering how a reputed company can deceive ppl. 0 stars..

Fraud company. I have ordered quilt nd bedsheet but they only delivered quilt. Now since 15 days they are not updating anything for the same. Worst logistics. Parcel was totally damaged and bedsheet also not in parcel. They will pick up the call nd then put you on hold until you call them again nd again. Even after sending mails they will not revert you back. Worst ever experience. Order id #81917

I placed an order for a set of bath towels and face towels. Since I placed the order, the progress was very slow, and no return calls were received from the customer desk though they promised to do so. I sent inquiries to “care at spaces.in” several times but received no response at all.
After two weeks, I finally received the order only to realize that what I received are a set of face towels and hand towels with wrong color!!!!
I would like to put zero star not one if I can.

I have ordered mattress long back and till now i have not received any update on the same. Also I tried calling your toll free number which nobody responds. How can I get my order or money from this kind of company.

I had placed an order from spaces for a bathrobe, but no response frm spaces , no calls, they dnt pick calls, no message, no tracking id, no email, no call backs, useless company.

After placing an order it is a nightmare to know status etc. Toll-free number no one picks up and wondering whether I placed order with right company

Shopping and checking out on spaces.in was smooth and hassle free. I especially liked that I was not forced to create an account, although the option was there.

I placed order and paid through HDFC Bank Cr.card. Bank Debited amount but you declined transaction so my amount got stuck up in Credit Card bill when should I get my refund money on HDFC Cr.Card. Very worst service.

Horrible website. Difficult to navigate. Search does not work, sort does not work. Products are good.
