Overall good product, I ordered sofa from them after liking one design. I got pics of the product before delivery. It took 2 days longer than expected timeline of 12 days, but satisfied with everything.
Worst experience from Aniket. He is the most manipulative sales person. I ordered a grey colour fabric on the furniture but it was made with half white and a dusty brown colour fabric. I made a cyber complaint against them as I paid an advance of 30,000.

Hi ma'am, your query was resolved by the team. As you had confirmed the fabrics based on actual pictures earlier, it would not have been possible to change the fabric later on after sofa was ready. When you asked for fabric change, we were willing to provide the fabric replacement at minimal pricing for new fabric. However, as per your request, we had to proceed with order cancellation. As per policy already informed to you earlier, in case of cancellation of customized orders, refunds are not possible as your sofa was ready exactly as per your requirement. Let us know if you have any other doubts. :)
