Good quality products with good raw materials. It's not a well-known or widely advertised brand, but I've bought several items of clothing from it and have always been happy with it.

I ordered a green jacket (bomber in tessuto), and I received a blue one. It's just not professionnal....

I ordered two wool cashmere zip jumpers. Within wearing them twice the wool was started to come off the jumpers. The stitiching on the cuff of ome of the jumpers split while while putting it. The quality of garments is poor. I have sent several emails to their customer service and no response.

I bought the wrong size and to send it back for a refund it would cost over $300.oo

The ordered parts do not match what you ordered. It can be ordered on the site, but is not delivered. Very bad service, even customer service does not respond when you report it.

Wrong size for two items and one item missing.. not a nice surprise knowing that I had to take a day off to receive this shipment to my place in Paris..

Very nice quality shirt for just 85 euros, paid 65. It s hard to go under 120 euros nowadays for a well made shirt. Will but again sure if they keep those standarts. Shirt luxury collection

I was trying to order a linen shirt for my boyfriend but the sizing is really difficult to figure out on the website. I chatted with customer service and told them that he is usually between Small and Medium in EU size shirts, and they recommended me to purchase size 40 or 41. I went with 40 and it ended up being HUGE. I sent it back and ordered size 38 which is their smallest size. I hope it will fit. Anyway I’m in Norway and had to pay 38€ import fees. Plus the price of mailing the item back another 35€. This shirt is going to end up costing a fortune. Anyway nice quality. But they should indicate on their website what these Italian sizes mean in terms of S,M,L,XL… honestly the size 40 shirt felt like L-XL.
