a very helpful experience

They sent helpful information on setting the watch up and actually followed up a month later with suggestions for increasing it's usefulness. I am also very pleased with the quality of the watch.

We are happy now with our Health4 watches.

When we first purchased the Healthwatch4, we had some issues connecting to our phones and because of it, we were not able to use our new watches. We have both Apple and Android systems for our cell phones.
Spadeandco support has been very responsive and so helpful. After some frustrations, we got both Healthwatches working.
It has been several weeks now and they are working perfectly.
We are now very happy with our Health4 watches. Their versatility is amazing.

I love my watch

I love my watch. I called for help a couple of times and the employees were wonderful. This watch has so many features, even has things I have not checked out yet. But I will, when I get time. I need to learn about the features I don't know about. Thanks for a wonderful watch.

Watch is working again!

Jane kept giving me suggestions to get my watch active again after I switched phones. I tried all of them, but was unsuccessful. She didn't give up, though, and at last figured out what the problem was. I appreciate her quick response and value her ability to get my watch active again.

Great customer support!

My watch screen went black and would not respond. I emailed customer support and had a reply within two minutes. They gave me the steps to take to resolve my problem and my Health Smartwatch4 powered on and is working again.

This is my second Spade & Co. watch, I also have a Health Smartwatch 3 since December 2022 but wanted to upgrade and get one for my husband. We love our Spade & Co. Health Smartwatch 4 and their customer service is great.

Watch Stopped Working after 35 days

Watch stopped working 35 days after purchase. Guess what? They have a 30 day return policy. No refund for me.

Healthwatch4 is definitely worth the…

Healthwatch4 is definitely worth the money! It works seamlessly with my iPhone Aire. I had my doubts even after reading the reviews. How could it do all it says it can at that low of a price, but it does. If you want a smart health watch at a very reasonable price, this is the watch!

I use to have the Apple Watch

I use to have the Apple Watch. It was five years old and couldn’t make it thru the day before the battery would die. Paid for a phone line.
I knew I needed a new watch and so happy I found spade &co! The watch does everything and more than the Apple Watch at a fraction of the price! The charge goes on for days! Do your self a favor a make the switch.

Amazing Product

My husband bought his Spade & Co smartwatch first. When I saw how easy the set up was & that it had everything from heart rate to sleep quality information, I decided to buy myself one. I love having everything at my fingertips to help me have a healthier life.

I love the products from this company

I love the products from this company. The watch is fantastic...better than my friend's Apple watch.It does everything except wash the dishes for me. I've just ordered my 3rd leather wristband in different colors.
The fact that I don't have to take it off when I'm in the pool is a big plus.

The watch was at a great price

The watch was at a great price. It is light weight and the battery does last a long time. I like the way the end of the band folds under the band. The information given has so far been accurate. I was so happy and pleased with this purchase that I bought a second one for my mother.

Rapid response

Rapid response, though I am "tech challenged" my representative was very clear on the actions I could take to remedy my issue. This is about the 3rd time I have had to address a problem since purchasing my watch approx one year ago. Most issues were "on me" but were promptly addressed. I couldn't be more pleased!!

Spade and Co

Spade and Co. has the finest customer service I have ever experienced! My husband has a Smartwatch 4, which he likes a lot but we never could get the weather to give an accurate temperature reading. I contacted them, and Trisha gave me some things to try, staying in contact with me as we tried to work through this issue. Then the new firmware update came out and voila!!! the problem was fixed. I have nothing but high praise for this company!

Better than Fitbit!

I’ve had the spade&co smart watch for about a month.
It holds a charge for about a week. I thought the watch might be too big on my wrist, but I don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable. I can see screen, brightness and size. I love that the wake gesture “pauses” at night. I had to get used to pushing the button on the side to see the time if I woke up in the middle of the night. There are so many features yet to discover. So far, so good!

Customer Service was great

Customer Service was great, helping me with the text messages that stoppped transmitting on my watch. They didn't give up.
