THE MOST NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

At first everything went well, they took payment, wrote what I needed to do, but every day it got worse. Then I followed their instructions, my director sent my documents, but suddenly they say without explanation that they cannot trust this, so my university has to send my documents. My university sent my documents and they again, without explanation, say that the documents do not fit, you need to send from some other address, but from which they certainly do not say. They answer emails every once in a while, they never pick up the phone. SCAMMERS NEVER CONTACT THEM

Be careful about their evaluation process.
In their website, I completed the evaluation process application. I thought the payment would cover all fees. few days later, out of nowhere, they told me that the translation service would be an additionnal cost (400$). They did not warn the customer about any additionnal fees.

Once you paid the evaluation process, you feel stuck because you have to pay more. I stopped because, they can ask me more. Do not trust them.

Disappointing user experience. After having partially done the work for which it was hired while having charged more than 500 USD, it was really difficult to join someone who would answer my request either by mail or telephone or to have the details of a person who could or would handle my request. I only managed to have a person once over the phone : while I was explaining the reason of my call, the person suddenly hang up …

These idi*ts will make you wait 12 full days, to tell you your case is on hold because they are waiting for an irrelevant document. After taking 100$ to give you a single stamp within a ten day waiting period, they will hang up on your calls, they won't answer your mails, and they will basically tell you it's done when it's done. Absolute piece of sh* company that probably has no idea what they're doing.

I had to give 1 star because that's the lowest I could possibly rate them.

This is by far the most horrible, I mean the mother of horrible company and service provider ever.
They will delay and frustrate your entire application and will never respond to emails.
Do not do business with them. You will lose our money, time and opportunities
