overwhelmed

The response I received over the last 2 days was incredible. Overwhelming would be a better word. They were all very good leads. I listed with 4 other places and all of them put together could have been counted on one hand.

See talk to as many people as possible
When someone is really eager to move in
They don't even want to meet up discussing terms what's expected definitely red flag

SpareRoom is beyond simple and authentic...

I have had difficulty finding a reliable and genuine platform where I can find real living options that are within a reasonable budget. Other apps and websites are just out for gimmicks, SpareRoom verifies and connects people with real people.

From Low income and looking forever, to Satisfied Customer

I signed up, made an Ad, sent out a couple inquiries, went to bed, and woke up the next morning to several messages from people wanting to rent me a room :) the 1st one actually worked out right away. Im a freaking SATISFIED CUSTOMER for sure hahaha
And id been looking for something so very long in other places, and was convinced that my budget (income) for a room of my own was just too low to live in nyc...
Should've hit up this cite sooner. 👍

I enjoyed my experience

I was only on for about two days, saw a place and quickly got a response from the owner. Saved me time to keep searching. The owners were polite and we both asked questions to be sure if this was a perfect fit for both. It definitely was.
