Excuses for refund

Ordered parts using vin. Wrong parts delivered. Which happens. Sent the parts back as per their instructions on the terms and conditions. Got an email saying the parts are dirty... and that the grease bags have been ripped open. I feel like this is an excuse not to refund me the money. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. purchased a BMW water pump from these and it failed within 4K miles. Tried to return the item and given a fake DHL collection number. Now emails getting ignored. Robert at Spareto confirmed was under warranty but must have been fitted incorrectly. DO NOT USE THIS SHODDY COMPANY!!!!

Avoid at All Costs

Avoid at All Costs – Wrong Parts, Double the Expense, and Unreliable Lookup

I ordered car parts from Spareto using their license plate lookup tool, expecting it to match the correct parts for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the parts were completely wrong. Their system is clearly unreliable and should not be trusted for accurate vehicle identification.

While customer service was trying their best and remained polite throughout, it doesn’t change the fact that this mistake ended up costing me twice as much. Between return shipping, delays, and having to reorder the correct parts elsewhere, I would’ve saved money and time by just paying a professional to handle it from the start.

This experience was a major hassle, and I won’t be using Spareto again. I strongly advise others to be cautious or look elsewhere.

Paid for parts

Paid for parts, amount deducted from bank account but due to server technical error on website, order has not been processed, been waiting for two days and items still stuck in cart, emailed them 6 times already but zero response, need to file claim with bank for the amount of 1,032 euros paid, may have lost the money though
