Give these guys a try, great service

First time using these guys as they managed to get some parts none of my normal go to guys had in stock
Parts and delivery were as described.
Customer service is always friendly and polite and assisted with with a minor issue over exchange items

No Answer to my E-Mails

I wanted to buy brake pads but first had a question regarding delivery, because spareto was the only website I found offering to sell this exact part, so I wanted to be sure first that they can deliver. I asked a question in the chat window regarding this, the support there told me to write an E-Mail to the info@ address because he doesn't know and said I will receive an answer within 24 hours, I wrote an E-mail but didn't receive an answer after 3 days, then I wrote another one and another and still no answer. What the hell is this service? 3 E-Mails and 0 response whatsoever? I've never encountered something like that ever.

Poor service and slow shipping

Well i have been using Spareto for years now with good results, Order the good parts and you will get good parts, order the cheapest and you will get crap. Just recently though they have stopped responding to my emails when ive had some issues with parts and shipping is not as fast as it once was. I used to be able to depend on Spareto but now im looking for alternatives. Shame

Very great service, parts ship quickly, however, the quality of all of these parts are absolutely no good. Parts DO NOT last long. After i reached out to make complains, shipping back to spareto cost 5x the shipping cost.

Consistently Excellent Service!

I always order my parts from Spareto, and this time was another very satisfying experience. The process, from searching for parts on the website to placing the order, is always smooth, and the items arrive promptly as usual.

The parts that arrive are consistently what I'm looking for, and the quality is reliably good. I'm also impressed by their professional approach in seeking feedback after a purchase using a reliable platform like Trustpilot. It shows that they value customer feedback and are always striving to improve their service.

This kind of consistently polite service is hard to find elsewhere. Spareto is a wonderful and trustworthy company. I will continue to order my parts from them. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience! Avoid these Lithuanian Thieves!

I ordered a part using the OEM Volkswagen number. I was sent a completely incorrect part which was completely different-- not just a minor difference or different variation. The part was completely different in shape, size, and hose size. I was required to use their second day shipping which was 25 Euros. When the part arrived and was unusable I contacted them via email. They were friendly but only offered me a refund on the part, not the shipping, and I would have to pay the return shipping as well. They did not have could not get the correct part. Terrible and expensive experience!
The part was ordered under the company name, not my personal name and was shipped from Lithuania.

Took one week to ship around the world! Absolutely amazing!

First order and it was a pleasure. I recently ordered two Monroe dampers and some other parts at this store. The signup, order and payment process was smooth and the availability on the website up to date. The package has been shipped promptly and went around the world to New Zealand in 1 week with DHL Express. I received updates on the order and shipment which was great. All up fantastic and trustworthy. I will definitely order again. Thank you SPARETO TEAM!
