The whole process from start to finish has been so simple from the initial visit to every communication since. Very happy with the install.

Malcom, who came to give us a quote is a top bloke, very knowledgeable and likeable guy.

The installation team were sound guys too, they were contracted in to do the work. So you might not always get the same caliber of service.
They left everything tidy and completed the installation in pretty bad weather. Hats off to them.

I recently had solar panels installed by Spark and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, their communication was fantastic, clear, responsive and always helpful whenever I had questions.
The team was quick to respond at every stage, and the installation itself was carried out efficiently and professionally. Everything was completed on time, and they made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.
Since the system has been up and running, it’s been performing really well with no issues at all. It’s great to see everything working exactly as promised.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the service from Spark and would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar panel installation.

Great experience from start to finish. I will admit I went in a bit wary and not fully sold on solar panels (this was definitely more my other half’s idea!), but Mark’s sales approach really won me over. The presentation was clear, informative, and tailored to us, which made a big difference. Mark himself was really easy to deal with, approachable, and always available on his mobile whenever we had questions.

The installation went smoothly. The lead electrician from LJM was great, talking us through everything as he went and discussing options with us, especially as our battery location was a bit of a tight squeeze! The scaffolding was also sorted quickly and taken down the next day, so it was only up for less than a week.

After installation, everything felt well organised. We had a follow- up call offering a hamper, which was a really nice touch, along with all the emails for completion and finance.

And then the best bit… day one of seeing the “magic sun fairies” powering the house for free - amazing! You do quickly become glued to the app and start side eyeing any clouds that come near.

We are just waiting on the final documents to switch to a solar tariff, and then we are all set!

Great guys who worked most efficiently and provided running commentary at every step of the installation. The lead engineer provided a good explanation of the set up and, in particular, the app and laptop. Very pleased with the guys from LJM Solutions. They tidied up and left our place clean. Just looking forward to the scaffolding coming down.

Simple quick easy

No hard sell, explained every part of the process in detail. The guys that came to fit the panels were professional, courteous and did a good job.

The salesman was totally honest and very informative and wasn't in a rush to made us sign up offered express fitment which meant from signing up to install and fully working only took 3 weeks the scaffolding went up 4 days before the install date we were keep totally informed as to everything that would happen .
On the day of install the 3 guys arrived on time worked hard only stopping for a coffee did a excellent job very professionally explained every step cleaned up everywhere after themselves

System now been working 4 days and already proving what salesman claimed so would recommend spark to anyone
Just want to add a update on this review the scaffolding was taken down this morning that's only 6 days after the install if you take out the weekend that's only 4 days after install so other reviews complaining about time of removal it is not sparks fault the scaffolders are local sub contractors just wanted to add to my review that since install we have earnings of £82.64 from what we have sold back to British gas that's on top of cutting our grid usage by about 60% so it's best thing we ever did thnk you everyone at spark

Easy communication either over phone or email. Whatever been said by Spark Solar is done practically. Outstanding quality work by professionals. No room for any complaints. I'm satisfied 100% with the installation of solar through Spark. I was afraid initially because of bad experiences before on purchase and after sale customer service, but, as a layman, each time I contacted Spark with doubts, they listened and explained to me with great patience. 100% satisfied.

Really professional guys, got the job done in one day and did an excellent job together with explaining how the monitoring app worked. When I called about an issue with Myenergi app as a result of the install they did, they sent an engineer out the next day to get it all sorted. Wonderful service from sales to install completion. Highly recommended. Great aftersales coverage and peace of mind with the lifetime warranty.
