Bought an aspire subohm kit, quick delivery, working fine till I charged it. Burnt a hole in my extention lead (have a pic) my partner threw it away as she didn't want me charging again in the house, lucky I didn't go out and leave to charge or the house could have gone up, told sparks about and no reply, you'd think they'd say something considering it could have blown my house up if I wasn't home. This is my second sub ohm so I know I didn't do anything stupid, so now I don't have one and can't plug my tablet into tv coz my extention lead is burnt. Thanks sparks for not only wasting my £65 but letting me spend more on a new extion lead

goods came on time ie next day but battries were naff so it didn't work I contacted sparks got a so sorry two new battries next day and now it works very well haven't wanted or needed a cig at all it is the dogs bo******s good bit of kit

after smoking for over 45 years the chances of me stopping wasn't good. I spent 3 or 4 hours on line to find an ecig that would work for me and from a company that you could trust. Got my aspire sub ohm battery through these guys, no hassle no faff just great service and great timing on buying and receiving products. It's also very well priced, so that's a huge bonus.

Manual had very poor instructions and images.
When I did follow the instructions I was given it didn't work.

Bought a new e-pipe for a present. I didn't really know the first thing about what i needed to buy. The customer service is second to non. The pipe is good quality and durable.

Sparks were out fo stock on one item I ordered, and they phoned me up, and offered, and delivered, a double-quantity of a replacement, the very next day.

Decided to get the aspire atlantis, cf sub battery, a charging cable and some spare coils. Looked all over the Internet and found Sparks to be the cheapest. I also found a discount code that brought my £80 order to £60! Delivery was good too. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have tried so many liquids and these are the only ones that actually taste like what they say they are and not some weird chemical bland taste.
