Service from Sparks was excellent, and the quality of the pipe great - but the tank lets the e-pipe down.

This is the fifth e-pipe I have bought and on the surface so many of my gripes have been addressed - the quality is excellent the battery compartment is easily opened and the mouthpiece very comfortable. It has a good size tank and everything seemed rosy. I guess when you get 3 coils with a pipe there is likely to be a problem with the coil! The pipe finally worked when I inserted the third of the coils - but it leaks and the vape is too wet. I have a Kamry tank and a Kanger aerotank which both fit easily enough and provide a very satisfactory solution. Such a pity - or maybe I am just thick. The absence of any instructions does not help. If I am doing something wrong then please advise!

No happy

I'm not impressed with them at the moment. Received no emails for tracking and when I emailed them all it seems is they've copied a picture showing that it's been processed by the royal mail and still no tracking information. Starting to lose confidence that I'll ever receive the product I've just paid £50 for

Still waiting.........

I ordered a vaporiser from sparks on Thursday and payed the extra for delivery next day by 1 pm. The 1pm time came and went with no delivery so I phoned to check the status of my order. The guy who answered was very polite and apologetic and said he would pass my details to his colleague who would look into it and phone me back shortly......... Three and a half hours later and no call and only half an hour until the shop closed I called again. The same guy answered, very polite and apologetic again. He said he would chase up his colleague who would call me right back. Now it's the next day and no delivery yet and no call back. Not that impressed it's got to be said. Sorry guys.
All good now...
Product has now arrived and am happy with it. The guys at Sparks have contacted me and apologised for the mix up and refunded the postage on the product, i can't ask more than that so thanks guys for the effort. I will happily order from Sparks in the future.

good value, and a great introduction to vamping.

When it came it was smaller than I thought it was going to be, but is quite powerful for a tiny e cig.I'll use this when out and about.Probably not for heavy vaper,but for someone wishing to give it a go,this would be a great introduction Will be ordering the e smart for vamping in the house.

I received my item today and the conecting pin is not adjustable its fixed?not Screw type.
Can u send me out just the correct pin section please ,like the one shown in the You Tube review video.Will wait to receive before leaving a review. Many thanks.

Constantly worrying

I tried to purchase a device on the 10th july. I got a shipment order email the next day, but my status on my account is suspected fraud. To noticing this I contacted the customer services using the online chat, to this I was surprised, I haven't got a reply from them, they just simply don't care or don't bother telling me. This frustrates me hugely, I feel like driving all the way to head office and giving them a package of my own. Poor customer service.

Great Product but...

... I've had the eGo-T 650 for the past 2 months now. I loved using it for the 1st month, but i have noticed that the smoke has reduced quite significantly and i end up with dry drags most of the time now. I have tried cleaning the heating head (heating element) by dry burning and following the other steps mentioned in the maintenance part of the sparks website, but i haven had much luck.
Don't get me wrong, it has helped to keep me off the cigarettes for a good couple of months and i still like using it, but i am slightly disappointed with the performance after 2 months. I have ordered a new heating head and i feel that will improve my experience but for how long, that i am still to find out.

This is a product that i will recommend compared to the disposal e-cig sticks or the ones that come with replaceable capsules. The battery life is good. Products have arrived on/before delivery dates, but have never been late. I am happy with the customer service, especially the online chat which i recently had with Tracey who helped me pick the right heating head for my particular model.
