I had a renter after signing a rental agreement with me, two days before he was supposed to move in suddenly backs out, this shows Sparrow should make a rule that after signing a final agreement, the landlord should be compensated, if the renter suddenly backs out at the last minute, now I am left without a renter, very disappointing

Sparrow has a good system to find a boarder. I was new to everything but their support system makes it a good way to find perfect match.

Sparrow lies a lot. They say things that are not true. I have to pay an extra $400 than what I was told and still don't get it, food, laundry, soap, etc.

My listing had been up for less than 8 days when I got matched. I love that they conduct Background and credit checks on the prospective renter, and also ask for Security deposits. They also try to match according to personality and preferences. I don't know of another platform that takes care to do this
