Big time disappointed
On my first order, everything went fine, second one became a complete disaster.
I ordered a present which didn't fit the persons taste, so I wanted to send it back. Turns out I have to pay the return costs, because it was purchased via spartoo.dk from their partners from stylepit.dk and they haven't make their contract for free return with them.
I find it a complete cheat of the customer to write on the web page free return in 30 days and it turns out it is not free at all. How ever the customer service was trying to be helpful but useless.. Bottom line before purchase, make sure in case you need to return an item that it is an item purchased only via spartoo..
