Stuff in perfect condition
Boots arrived neatly packed. The shipping time just feels ridiculous considering its within Europe but if you are in no hurry a week is ok.

slow handling and delivery and confusing email
Many companies deliver nowadays in 24-48h from the order to the mail box/drop station. Spartoo takes longer time.
Too many email everyday from Spartoo make it difficult to follow the order and really see interesting offers.

You can handle your subsciption on the newsletter from your account. Log in, go to "Min prenumeration på nyhetsbrevet" and check the boxes you are interested in. You can also change the frequency for when you receive them.
The delivery time is not our strong suit and we are aware of this. However we prioritise a wide range of products to good prizes. Additionally, our warehouse lies in France since we ship to all of Europe.
For faster deilvery we have a service called Spartoo premium, for only 129 kr for 12 months you get express delivery for every order and a 10% discount on the entire website (excluding products already at a discounted price).

Easy and without issues
Bought my first pair of boots from Spartoo in Oct of 2014. Worked very well, and they kept me updated by email through the whole process. Exemplary!. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 is that the delivery time could improve slightly (was probably around 7-10 days).
Would recommend others to use Spartoo.

Great customer service. Bought several products, and have been satisfied. One product I had to return due to a misunderstanding regarding the size, but that was no problem. Got fast service to help sort out the misunderstanding + they sent us the new size with express shipping. Found the interaction with this company pleasant. Thank you!
