Every time you send me the same email that I didn't take a good picture, and when I ask you where the problem is and which picture is wrong, you don't answer because you won't solve the problem. I picture myself as you are looking for. You trade with our codes because the price is excellent for trading. Maybe you will verify your account when btc drops to 30,000 and you won't get paid. And now you send the same messages to everyone in response.

It’s beyond unacceptable. Over a year has passed, and I still haven’t received the email to reset my password. My account is completely blocked, and my funds are trapped inside. This is outrageous.
I’ve sent dozens of emails, and their response is always the same: “We are verifying your account.” It’s a blatant lie. This is nothing short of a scam. Yes, I was inactive for some time—fair enough—but at least have the decency to admit what’s really happening. If the funds are gone because you consumed them for “inactivity,” then say it outright. Have the courage to own up to it instead of hiding behind excuses.
This is a disgraceful way to treat your users. Stop pretending and start taking responsibility. To anyone considering this service: STAY AWAY! Don’t make the mistake I did. Protect yourself and your money.

This is exactly what they do: Gaslight you via ghost "customer support" replies and try to pacify you... they always use this or very similar canned replies without ever fixing the issue.
I've seen this same reply (amongst many others) since the 2nd week in January 2025, and I have full proof and video proof of all communication between them and me.
If anybody wants to see it, please just ask me.
Nothing is being fixed on my account, it doesn't take this long to fix such a "simple" error... this error is not member-wide, this is just on my account which means this is a physical account setting they have decided to make on my account to steal my funds but make it look like a "technical issue".
It is not a technical issue, it is a deliberate manual account setting used by Spectrocoin to steal user funds and then blame it on a "technical error", and this has been happening on my account since January 5th 2024.
I shall make sure to alert as many people and authorities as possible online and offline in the next coming weeks. I shall be posting on over 100 review platforms if my funds are not returned and my account is in 100% working order.

Disappointing Account Recovery Issues
I’ve had SpectroCoin for many years but hardly ever logged in. For almost a year now, I’ve been back and forth with a ‘Chris’ in customer support. Here’s the issue: I forgot my password and I no longer have access to the email address I signed up with. If I can’t receive the recovery email, I can’t reset my password. I live in the US now and have proof of identity (which I have emailed to Chris). I simply want to withdraw my funds and close the account. This shouldn’t take long.
