They are scammers. I lost all my money.
I been inactive for awhile and wasn't able to login with my password which is correct because I have written it down.
Reset password never send me an email to reset my password.
After contacting customer service, they say they will look into it.
They get back after a very long time and say the problem has been solved.
But it isn't solved and I can't login and get to my funding.
Contacted several times and it is always the same. Now many months later, I got the same response and I still can't login into my account.
This issue has been supposed to be solved 3-4 times already.
I am waiting for them to solve the issue once again.

USDT transaction not executed. Card load from EUR wallet as well and it says processed
Six hours ago I have loaded the card I have with them as usually 60 EUR, always is instant but now not although in history it says processed and no money in my wallet. Also I have made USDT withdrawal which takes two minutes and it also says processed and is not in my wallet to which I have sent the USDT. So it passed six hours since I have loaded card and there are no funds in my card (takes seconds) and three hours since my USDT withdrawal (it takes two minutes).
Just to know with whom you are dealing or if you want to open new account with whom you will be dealing with.

I created an account back in 2017, have all the proofs on my email.
I tried to get back my account since March 2024 because I invested in Bankera seed in 2017.
Customer Support is inexsistent, always saying "Note that our responsible department is checking your verification, it will be reviewed as soon as possible, We kindly ask for your patience"
I think I have been enough patient since March 2024.
You deserve a law suit for being such crooks. You have no right to dispose to people money like this.

My account has been blocked for over a month due to a payment of 65k euros. I have provided all the necessary documents and responded to all the requests, but I still haven't received a response. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, my messages are being ignored. This situation is causing significant inconvenience and disappointment with the service. I've involved the Sweden's financial supervisory authority and Getback.store though they advised to wait, but it's been over a month already but the latter followed up with the case and my money was returned peacefully.
