Spectrocoin blocked my ip address, because someone hacked my password and send me 5 time a 2FA code to locked my account. Now my account is locked. So i rate spectrocoin 1 Star.

More than 1 month has passed since i am trying to recover access to my account, from support no one tells me what is happening in the backend. Recover password doesn't work for my account.
From support the only thing that they asked me is to wait, but waiting for more than 1 month is to much to recover an account where i have assets.
