Ordered the Speed Track & 2 cars on Thursday & they arrived on Saturday. Impressed with delivery time & item was cheaper than Amazon!

Customer service was second to none. I ordered the track and it was delivered within days. Product is really good quality and is a great hit with the children. I did have slight issue few weeks later but the team responded to this on the day and resolved it also on the same day. Outstanding service and outstanding product. I’d Highly recommend speed track.

We were gifted a track at Christmas, after around 6 months use lots of little cracks started to appear in the edges of the track, which affected how it curved and how cars ran along it. Feeling a little disappointed, I reached out to Speed Track who informed me they'd had a 'bad batch' of tracks, which ours appeared to be part of. They were happy to replace the track, and a new one arrived within the week. A noticeable difference to the first. Very flexible and is now played with daily by my 2 boys (age 5 and 2). Happy customer!

Cannot fault the service at all! Bought a track last year and so many hours of fun were had by both children and adults! We had some issues with the track and I contacted them and the communication was impeccable and a replacement has been sent. Our boys are delighted! An absolute favourite toy in our house! Thank you!

Great service from this small family business. There was a problem with the with the plastic in our batch but they sorted a replacement easily and quickly.

The boys really love the track.

This track is the most used toy by my 2 and 4 year old boys!! Simple concept that provides hours of fun.
We had cracking of the plastic around the suction cup after a few months but Lauren was fantastic at sending a replacement within a few hours so customer service was spot on!
Perhaps a repair kit for purchase would be great as a future product to extend the life longer.

The most used toy in our house! Hours of fun for my 5, 3 and 1 year olds (and even mum and dad!). Our original track unfortunately had a couple of cracks in the plastic after a few months of use, I emailed customer services and was sent a replacement within a couple of days. The material feels more flexible and so I’m hopeful the manufacturing issue has been solved. Excellent company to deal with.

On the videos it shows the track more stable and loops etc, sadly I think these videos have been edited as it’s nowhere near stable enough for any loop, it just topples over, the videos make it look much better than it is, paid around £45 for the longest size in total. Not worth it at all, wouldn’t buy again at that price if I knew, videos are a lie. It doesn’t do any of it, feel a bit ripped off to be honest

Fantastic service… as we were away on holiday, I forgot to buy my sons birthday present. I ordered from speed track on Saturday afternoon and the present arrived Monday morning (even on standard delivery) ready for his birthday on Tuesday. Thank you, my car mad son loves his track… so doesn his older brother, win win.

What excellent customer service. After commenting on a social media post expressing my dissappointment with a track I received for a gift a few years back they got in touch with me to explain that a small amount of tracks were not as good quality and that this is now resolved. Despite me having no receipt and the purchase being a long time ago they kindly sent me a new track which is excellent!! They have obviously resolved the issue as this one works so well and my son LOVES it. So easy to use and roll up and store. We have taken it away on trips with us as it's easy to transport and entertains him for ages. Please support this small business. Quality product and excellent customer service! A very rare thing these days

These guys replaced our track which has rips in not long after we purchased. They super efficient and understanding and sent a new one in 3 days! Highly recommend and product keeps my toddler entertained for hours! Thanks everyone

Our children love this but, like previous reviewers, ours has cracked and we’ve lost about a metre off the end already (7 months in). The material needs reviewing.

My 3 (now 4) year old got this for Christmas and it’s been absolutely brilliant. He’s loved playing with it. Unfortunately it started to split so I contacted the company via email and was sent a replacement a few days later. The new track is fantastic, the plastic is much more flexible which I hope will mean this one doesn’t split!

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product or company, absolutely brilliant. Such a simple and clever product that we take everywhere we go (grandparents, camping etc) and it always gets well used and all kids love it. We got it when my daughter was 2.5 and she is still using it now at 3.5. We started having a small issue with the track but contacted the company who had it sorted extremely quickly. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Speed Track is awesome!

We got one for our son's 7th birthday. Usually incredibly active, he'd had a rather nasty arm break just before and had been fragile and sedentary for a week.

His first 'exercise' was running up and down zooming cars, collecting cars, zooming cars again, fetching more cars, and on and on. The arrival of Speed track genuinely felt like a change in trajectory for his healing.

We recently used the track for a stall at our school summer fair - a token for three cars and try to jump into a bucket (bullseye) or into the surrounding hoop. Cars went everywhere, much joy was had, and more than £200 worth of tokens were spent!

It's been on holiday with us and, a year since he got it, it still comes out on a fairly regular basis.
