This is a great idea, but the material it’s made from is too stiff and brittle.

I contacted customer service about some problems we’ve had because of these issues (it splits and twists) they sent me out a replacement track so their customer service is great - and I can’t fault them for that.

Sadly the new track feels exactly the same as the last one. Initially, after I contacted them they said they’ve had some issues with a small number of tracks. I gotta say - I think this is just an issue with the material they use. The last track split in under 10 uses.

If they start using a more flexible material I think this would be an incredible toy.

When I asked for advice to prevent the same thing happening with the new track they suggested keeping the track somewhere warm, and using a hairdryer to smooth out all the kinks - I believe them when they say the hairdryer will sort it, but it’s a lot of hassle everytime you wanna roll cars down a track.

Amazing product my grandkids love it.

My little boy loves his speed track. It’s great for matchbox cars and monster trucks. We’ve even taken it to the park in summer with a bag of cars and children swarm to come and join in. Have recommended it to many parents.

Speed Track were so helpful when our track had a defect and the plastic cracked in a few places, they responded immediately to send a new track to us. I will be buying more in future as gifts.

Excellent product & customer service. I bought this at Christmas for my 3 year old as he has a million little cars. Three months later and he plays with it every morning and evening without fail. He is learning how to set it up for different types of cars (heavier Hot Wheels vs lighter alternatives), loop the loops, big drops etc. He is able to roll it up and get it out himself so is independent when playing. I contacted customer services recently about some cracks and they have sent me a replacement without hesitation or quibble. A 5* company.

Kids absolutely love the product and spend hours with it, perfect for racing hot wheels and pixar cars!

Had a issue with the track getting a small split at the end but Lauren from customer service was superb and they have sent out a new one!

Would recommend if you wish to keep your little ones occupied for hours!

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Speedy replies to emails - even on a weekend - and went above and beyond. The product itself is brilliant, my son (and the rest of the family!) love playing with it. It’s so great seeing his imagination come to life as he builds ramps, tunnels and loops. We’ve recommended to all our family and friends.

Fantastic product, our kids love it and the customer service was very helpful and fast to reply and resolve our issue.

This being said, unfortunately until they make improvements to the composition of the plastic and it is less brittle I wouldn’t be able to recommend it to others.

Grandson absolutely loves this for his cars, so easy to use and roll away for storage. Would certainly recommend.

Firstly, the speed track its self has already brought so much enjoyment to my little boys. Since them receiving it, they have been playing with it constantly and have loved being able to change how the track lays to make different courses and do different tricks. The customer service we received when we had a slight issue with our track has been nothing less than outstanding. My emails were always responded to very quickly and they made sure that any issue was dealt with thoroughly! We couldn’t be happier and have already recommended their product to so many friends with children. Thanks speed track! We will be back for more in the future :)

Our 4 year old and 1 year old absolutely love their speed track. It was bought as a Christmas present and has been used every day since and we are now at the end of February. Hours of fun making jumps and bumps. Our track developed a crack a few weeks ago which started to affect the cars. The team at speed track were very quick to reply and send out a replacement. Highly recommended.

Lovely toy - my son has had the best time playing with it. It became unusable after 2-3 months though due to the cracks.

It’s just a natural side-effect of the material and the re-rolling up after use unfortunately.

If they could find a way to rectify this and make the lifespan longer, I’d have no hesitation in buying another one.

What a fantastic toy! This was by far my sons favourite Christmas present. I contacted them via email with a few queries and they responded straight away and offered fantastic customer service. I cannot rate them high enough! Every car loving child NEEDS one of these tracks!

Such amazing customer service and brilliant little product from a small business! We asked ‘Santa’ for this after playing it as our friend’s house - it kept the kids entertained for ages! We were very excited to receive our own and he loves it - particularly figuring out how different toy cars fair! Unfortunately, ours developed a small fault but the team responded super fast and the customer service was absolutely excellent - personal, timely and sorted in no time. Small businesses are so much better at this! Thank you so much, we will tell all our friends :)

Purchased for our 3 year old twin Grandsons for Christmas, and they love it. All their other toys don't get a look in when they come to stay!
I have to praise the customer service too, it was second to none. Slight problem with the track and it was rectified straight away. More companies should take a leaf out of their book.
