If the delivery was attempted how did the driver avoid the door camera. Why didn't they try the doorbell. We were home, our doorbell works, camera works - only explanation could be the driver didn't even bother to deliver my package.
I've given one star because I was unable to give zero.

Lies.

10:23am email says "Delivery Attempted" and "SpeedPAK just missed you."

I (and others) have been here all the time.

The management need to check the GPS data of these drivers they are lying about doing their job.

To be clear: They made no effort to come to my house and deliver.

The email I got gave no info on what happens next.

Will they come again? (yeah right!) Will I have to go to some random petrol station or tobacconist to collect? (likely!)

In my view this company is just as bad as Fastway/Aramex who's drivers also lie about delivery and make you drive elsewhere to pick up a parcel they are contracted to deliver. I guess that SpeedPAK will make me do the same thing...

Having your customers get in the car and go and get their parcel is bad for the environment, a waste of customer's time and also breach of contract as they lie about coming to your house which they have been contracted to do.

Someone from ACCC should be looking into this whole industry really, certainy SpeedPAK and Aramex, its shonky.

They emailed saying item delivered but it wasn’t- the door bell didn’t ring and I can prove it as a photo is take everytime and no one came to deliver the item and the phone number doesn’t work

this speedpack company its really on of the the worst on the market with all our family experience.... damage ours parcels few times, delay delivery blame everyone except themselves then one of my adidas parcel box was missing gone from their worehouse with dewalt bosh makita tools theymust give us a refund from insurance but that money never cover the price of tools, now after what they done bad from their side couple of years ago try to check them out if they improve their service they refuse to take our package because of my honest review on google couple of years back ok fine but at least the review here on trustpilot they have very accurate like service they provide very poor unpleasant service is still there nothing change surprise the still on the market, people must be really desperate to take this service under consideration.

Every item they say delivery was attempted when it wasn't and twice I've found it days later on my front lawn. Deal with your port Macquarie drivers. They're useless

SpeedPAK had my item (purchased on eBay from China) for 5 days before returning it to Seller because it was TRUMP merch. BEWARE!!!

Did wonder what house they tried to deliver to if they did as was home all day. Didn’t realise item was from China too late to cancel, as it was a small item of only £2.50 used Amazon came next day. They can keep it will not use them again.

Track package details spot on with the delivery timing at 14.27pm
However, no parcel delivered through letterbox or note to say where parcel is.
18.06pm got email notification to say parcel was delivered. Only then, checked CCTV. Parcel attempted delivery but then was hidden in the back of a pickup. Risk was car could have driven off before I retrieved item.

Parcel arrived ok but they are telling porkies about the tracking. Work on the premise that any delivery will be totally stuffed up but if it works it's a bonus, otherwise you will lose your sanity.

Tracking is vague and non existent after "destination hub". Local couriers used by them are at best incompetent or dishonest. No faster than China post. I will not bUY from a seller utilising SpeedPAK.

Item I bought from eBay from China, marked as delivery attempted. Delivery was NOT attempted. I was home all day. I have a doorbell and a dog. No one approached the house at the time when speedpak claims to attempt delivery

Item supposedly delivered but never arrived. I am at home all day and no one even approached my house to deliver the item. Checked my security camera footage and nothing in sight for two days. There is no name of the Australian courier company so there is no one to contact, Avoid like the plague!

Complete liars. We have CCTV at our premises. Email stated delivery attempted. Insinuating there was no one in. The package was never attempted to be delivered. They didn’t bother trying. Untrustworthy, incompetent and deceitful company.

Fake, fraudulent, scam.

Purchased an item off ebay, small "cheap" cable worth around 20 AUD. Got given a tracking number for this company.

Wonder why the item hasn't arrived despite it being well past the estimated time. Try numerous sites to get the tracking number working, it says delivery failed today, odd I am home all the time due to being disabled mostly bed bound with my room being at the front of the house next to the front door, my bed is up against the front facing window right next to the front door. But I check my surveillance system anyone. Over an hour checking 3 front facing cameras.

Not a single person attempted any form of delivery. My main 2 front facing cameras cover both my driveway and the road. It is literally impossible to drive past my house or walk on my property, including going to my mailbox without my cameras triggering and recording.

And guess what? Nothing. No one attempted a delivery to either my front door or my mailbox. No one pulled up infront of my house, pulled into my driveway (or next doors as they cover their driveways under their request). No one even driveway past slowly looking for my house.

Now that means this company has lied. But I am also beginning to winder if perhaps the seller ever sent anything at all, and if this is just a fake parcel sending company or one that offers a fake sending service.

Also good luck trying to find their site. Or access it. Extremely slow, need to go through 3 security warnings on Firefox, Chrome and edge.

I ordered from Ebay, chinese seller and they used speedpak.. i wish i looked up speedpak first.. i got notification that they attempted delivery.. ive been home all day and noone has come here.. ive tried looking up contact details and so far have had no luck.. i just hope ebay will step in.. this isnt good enough.

Ordered two electric items from China that was a box speed pal gave a tracking number today I got home there was a thank you card in the postbox for purchasing and speed pal tracking says it’s delivered in the postbox basically the thank you card has triggered the tracking to say the box is delivered , I have the guy on cctv putting the card in the postbox but obviously you can’t put the parcel in the small postbox , but no communication with speedpak as far as they are concerned tracking says it’s delivered!!!!

Found my parcel by accident going to the gate. It was by the gate post, it should have been left in the front door porch. It could have been pinched.

Received an email to say delivery attempted. Not so, as I was home. An hour and a half later delivery was made, it was left on front steps even though I was seen approaching to open the door, driver was busy talking on the phone, I was not acknowledged at all. Customer service non existent

Like many others here I have fallen victim to the SpeedPak fraud. I also used an EBay seller in China and was provided a tracking number for delivery to Australia. Their website says a local subsidiary of the company Orange Connex delivers their parcels when arrived in-country. I rang them and they said they are nothing to do with SpeedPak. I had an email sent yesterday saying delivery was attempted and it will be sent again Monday (4 days) and because I was out I thought fair enough. Then today I got an email saying it WAS delivered yesterday. This is a total scam. The only positive reviews on this page are obviously written by SpeedPak themselves in order to raise their poor review rating.
