They are lying about trying to deliver my package and I have proof because anytime anyone comes to deliver anything to my apartment building I’m notified by phone and they didn’t leave any information behind on where they left package and upon contacting them they refuse to help me locate it

They informed me they had attempted delivery of the package from China no information as to where one might pick it up from definitely will not be using ebay again absolutely ridiculous

I was given a 5 day delivery window, then on the 2nd day I received a message, that I didn't see, saying it would be delivered that day. Normally this would not be enough notice but as it happens I was at home. They allegedly made 2 attempts to deliver, I was IN the house for the first one so the courier didn't make much of an effort i.e. by ringing the doorbell. They sent a message saying they tried to deliver and to select an option below. There were no options. No attempt made to deliver to a neighbour. No idea when/if they will try again and there is no contact info.

Well, I expect to wait forever for parcels from China - that is not the problem... It looked as if I'd be away when it was due to arrive, so searched SpeedPAK to instruct on options for delivery - could not find!
While away, I'm told they tried to deliver I should 'LOOK BELOW for next delivery options... Searched below - NO delivery Options. Went direct to contact courier and filled in request to have parcel come on a Friday - not the next day. If I could have found OPTIONS before 1st delivery, could have saved them time.

Speedpak from China is not communicating with local carrier "post nl" app and especially me in "The Netherlands"so my package"ES10026899620830001010001D0N is lost in going from pickup point to sortingcenter and now completely lost in the maze!
There was no local tracking number send to me and speedPAK just stopt at border!
SpeedPAK says it will not accept returns so I will have to contact "post.nl" to get info about whereabouts?

Driver kept ringing and ringing as it took me a couple of minutes to get to the door. I asked them not to do this and then he became rude and told me to go to a shop and not to bother ordering on line. Very bad customer service.

These reviews are about a website and not the SpeedPAK carrier but anyways, I will leave the review about the actual carrier.

I dont know if they always been like this, but I am very satisfied with my last purchases from China, it leaves the origin pretty fast and takes around 15 days to deliver to Europe (most time is spent in the hand over countries ex. Post NL, or the local post)
The tracking also works completely until delivery, unlike China post which stops when it leaves the country, and delivery usually takes months, I hope everyone uses SpeedPAK
PS some reviewers here are braindead like for example the last one that said the flight from China to UK took 4 days, no it didnt take 4 days, you dont know how tracking and package handling works, also you very likely didnt pay a penny for that shipping and you expect to get it next day or what?

From the 17th and now 21st Jan 2023 a flight from china to uk 4 days must had entered the Bermuda Triangle in flight as I am shore items flown take about 12 hours what a bunch of jokers never again will I order from china using speedpak they have not got a clue do not purchase if these are the couriers in there country they use absolute waist of space

Absolutely terrible. The updates are ridiculously vague and sometimes not even in English. Once it gets stateside and usps receives the package no more updates at all. It's taken over a month so far for my package to arrive. It will sit at one stop for days.

Easily the slowest, and most pathetic excuse for a delivery company. Has so far taken a month for the item just to get out of China. Another 10 days (supposedly) at something called a destination hub. No way to track the item after it leaves China.

Bad service.
Seller from eBay stating my package was delivered. After checking with the tracking number supplied for speedpak it states my item was delivered to my address. How strange indeed. I have cctv cameras all around my home and recording 24/7 my front door. Plus a video doorbell that informs me when someone approaches my front door as it alerts me through my mobile device. Plus on top of that I've been in for the past 3 days and can clearly see my front door from my living room. All I can say is this item was either not sent out, and a false tracking and delivery info has been given, or the courier put it through someone else's front door. Certainly it never came to my address. Seller off ebay won't sort the matter out and no doubt ebay won't either as the seller has given ebay proof of delivery. This company is used to provide scammers (usually China) with fake tracking details so that they can avoid the "was not delivered, etc" process on eBay/Ali express etc. avoid like the plague and if you notice your seller chose SPEEDPAK request a refund immediately. I am currently going through the process of claiming £40 back from an item supposedly sent through SPEEDPAK yet the website says tracking number doesn't exist.

Well considering people are reading the website all wrong this is speedpak tracking site not a shipping or delivery as this site tracks multiple delivery companies like the Royal mail, ups, evri.com yodel and all the other. I aint had any problems. Right then I've had all my parcels delivered in the time frame that's given and once it was handed over to a different carrier I got a new tracking number and it shows on speedpak tracking at the bottom and within the update but it will appear at the bottom first. And if you're having trouble with the delivery then you need to take it up with the seller and show them proof this is just some of my order that I've already received through speedpak tracking EE10025167772610001040003A0N order this on the 13th October and received it on the 24th October 12 days ain't bad considering it came from China

I ordered a package from China and it comes speed pack be sure you don't ever ship anything with speed pack again sorry 'soutfit ever messed with

NEVER choose this company, EVER. Their customer service experience is a disgrace. They are greedy and run their business poorly. Go with any other moving company you can find.

Sometimes the delivery time from China is surprisingly quick, sometimes it takes a bit longer. They haven't lost anything so far.

My item I purchased from ebay got delivered to a different address. Seller would not entertain my complaints and SpeedPAK noted it was already delivered. My tracking EE10023848987410001010003F0N noted delivery in NSW when it should have been in QLD. Very disappointing.

Claimed to have delivered to letter box. Package not delivered.

Will raise with the retailer and see what their reaction is

The package did not arrive. Had fake tacking info sent to me with no proof of delivery. Seller could or would not help with refund. Don't buy from China if Speedpak is involved.

Bought small item from China got speedpak standard service took 7 days only to post office in Canberra. Excellent tracking never been so fast
