Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 55 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed significant dissatisfaction with the delivery service, citing frequent issues with parcels not arriving, being misdelivered, or being left in insecure locations. People often reported receiving notifications that their package was out for delivery, only for it to never arrive, or for delivery attempts to be falsely claimed. The service was frequently described as useless and unreliable, with many consumers vowing never to use it again or to avoid sellers who utilize this delivery option. Some people also felt that the tracking information provided was often inaccurate or misleading, leading to further frustration regarding the whereabouts and expected delivery times of their orders. Conversely, a small portion of people were satisfied with the service, noting that their deliveries arrived on time and the process was simple and convenient.

"treelight2016" on eBay

I purchased an item from "treelight2016" ( a company whose eBay address is in China) on eBay. Later I received an eBay notice that my item had been delivered. It had not been delivered

I started a Chat with eBay and they said my package had been delivered by Speedpak (A Chinese company) and told me to contact Speedpak and get them to say they didn't deliver the item. I tried to call Speedpak and none of the phone numbers on their various www sites worked. None of their various sites provided valid contact details either.

I started another chat with eBay again to say that Speedpak did not seem to be a real deliver company. I asked eBay for a refund (£4.94) and they once again said I had to contact Speedpak. I explained to eBay that Speedpak was impossible to reach. Once again eBay said I had to contact Speedpak. I asked eBay for contact details for an eBay customer relations or complaints department so that i could write a letter to them. EBay would not provide this information.

1. I live in the country about 200 miles from London which is Speedway's base according to their www site. I have never seen a Speedway delivery vehicle in my area for over 10 years now. I do not believe that Speedway delivered my package. Furthermore I believe they simply notify eBay the package was delivered without actual delivery. Speedway is bent.

2. EBay's so called Customer guarantee is a farce. They automatically side with the seller who claims delivery was made and then tell the unhappy buyer that it is his/her problem to sort out.

3. The eBay seller "treelight2016" seems to be in partnership with Speedway. I contacted this eBay seller three times to report my item had not been delivered. Each time "treelight2016" simply said that the delivery had been made.

The delivery company used for an eBay purchase is entirely up to the choice of the seller. There is no way to avoid being cheated by the Chinese seller who simply uses their Speedpak partner-in-crime who issues a fake delivery notice and then the Chinese seller simply pockets the proceeds of the sale without ever having to deliver the goods he/she sold.

Speedpak is a Fraud

Speedpak is a fraud! My eBay seller from China is a fraud. They conspire together for the sole purpose of defrauding American buyers. The tracking number from Speedpak said that USPS delivered my TV. But the only piece of mail that I received with that tracking number was a generic "Thank You" business card (without any name or address) delivered by UPS (not USPS). My building has a 24-hour concierge service that logs in every package delivery. This TV was never delivered to my address. I see from eBay reviews that Speedpack even snowed some poor sap into believing his package was stolen from his doorway, which I suspect is another fraud. I am not the only person making this complaint against Speedpak.

Package marked "Delivered" but it never arrived

Haven't received my item. I received a notification from eBay saying my item was delivered a 1:40pm. I work at home and can see my front porch and mailbox from my office window... no trucks stopped at my house. I immediately went outside to look around, checked the side yard to see if anything was thrown over the wall, check the cameras. Nothing!!

Fake Shipping Co and SCAMMERS!!!

Fake Shipping Co, USPS is not updating their fake tracking information, Speedpak is updating it and stating it has been delivered when it hasn’t even been shipped! PLEASE avoid. Says item been delivered but haven't received it been home all day and have surveillance cameras that record activity! They're definitely scams with their Fake tracking number

Avoid at all cost!

This company has no way to communicate, there is no legitimate phone number, packages sit in distribution centers for up to 14 days without movement or change in progress. They are unaccountable unreliable and unverifiable. I have messaged three times trying to find a package that has been sitting in a distribution center for eight days. No one will communicate with me. It hurts my soul to leave them a star. Terrible awful do not recommend do not use.

DO NOT USE SPEEDPACK! There is no way of tracking my item and it says it has been delivered when I can’t find it. My package has been stolen and I need it urgently. Absolutely useless.
