Recently ordered from the website, and the order came promptly. I was really looking forward to using their new aluminum M-adapter. The box comes with a handwritten QC card that states certain things have been checked. Checked for air leaks, BB feeding, surface checks, and laser engraving quality. So essentially, only the first two are functional checks.

So as I take the adapter out of the box, I notice the mag lip hasn't been installed properly, this was a bad sign to me, as this adapter comes as a complete kit, and should be usable out of the box.

Dreading what's next I proceed to plug in a mag, and then find that the BBs drag and do not feed smoothly. This was supposedly QC'ed.....

Then came my biggest fear, I plug in my air line. A massive hissing sound coming out the bottom of the adapater... Guess they check for leaks huh?

So I thought to myself, maybe I'm just unlucky. So I tried to contact customer support, I sent them some pics and videos of the issues. So I waited patiently, and it took just over a week to respond.

Then somehow I got the most obtuse response possible. He tells me to just tap the pin back in (already told them it's misaligned, and WHY IS IT NOT TAPPED IN BEFORE BEING SENT OUT?), and that BB feeding and leaks are checked before shipping it out (OBVIOUSLY NOT, unless their definition of a leak is a scale). Then he ends the response with "I will be closing this ticket", like somehow this problem is "resolved". To my dismay, I then notice that the person who answered my ticket had the same name as the person who signed my QC card.

After that response, I just requested a refund. I have a feeling that "Davey" will probably just bury my customer response ticket.

The mobile version of the site is crap. Really hard to navigate, find something fast.
I talked with an agent about vat deduction, she said there is nothing you can do.

I ordered this gun in August and waited 6 months to receive it and finally got it. First time to shoot with it…it broke. This is not a quality made gun. I am waiting patiently for customer service to get in touch with me. As of today which is 7 days after I received I still have not heard from customer support. Very disappointed in this very expensive gun!

Great service

I have bought a product that was only available on this store all across Europe, i didn't check the shipping before and was suprised that i had to pay almost 50€ for shipping when then the website had labeled as 25€
justification was that the prices increased and that the amount are subjected to changes, but for this amount i simply feel robbed, i don't feel that there is any appreciation for the customer to purchase on their site, since most of the things are out of stock a a lot also feel overpriced, will not recommend this store to anyone in the future and unless there are some significant changes i will not purchace anything here again

I bought a m4 hpa adapter, website is pretty straightforward and easy to use.
But shipping cost is out of the f*ing roof for an European union country 50 euros for 1 small product .5kg and standard shipping.

The processing of the package went really fast, everything was complete and the payment went smoothly.

Wasn’t sure what to buy. Costumer service was really helpful and replied same day or next day. Shipping was also shipped next day. Just Top! Really good side I would recommend it.
