I recieved the products in good orde, but dissapointed in communication
I recieved the product in good order. But I also wanted the combination deal (monk adapter + 3-pack PTS EPM short). I recieved response quickly on my emails. eventually the 3-packs were in stock, but the combination deal was not accepted anymore. Even though it was still on the website. After I said this and told them about the deal, they stopped answering my emails. And a few moments later the combination deal was removed from the website. I am really dissapointed that I did not get a final response. The best solution was recieving the 3-pack for the promotional price, because the promotion was still on the website. Really dissapointed.

Great product, not so great shipping cost
The products are great couldn't be happier with it but unfortunately it stings when they only have 1 shipment option which is GLS, the shipment cost more than the product I bought which is terrible since it's shipment within EU so the shipping should definitely not be more than €15 but I still paid $46.95 in shipping for an item that cost €29, that's the only bad thing I have to say about Speedtaq, other than that the product works really great
