SPECTACULAR
I thought shipping was expensive but it came in like two days. It got caught up in customs because of weather but if it wasn’t for that it would have been the fastest over sea shipping i’ve ever had!

Ordered from them, expected 2 day shipping. And it's been a week and it's still in the UK. Paid for expedited shipping, and it's no where close to the states. I understand there is Covid restrictions but if so they should have other shipping choices. Been following the tracking and it's just gone everywhere other then towards the states.

Hi! We're sorry to hear about your negative experience. Your order was placed on the 12th, so 5 days ago. We've processed and sent your order that same day (end-of-day Friday, local time). The indication DHL have given at checkout for expected shipping was "2 business days" and we're now on the third business day after the order was handed over to DHL. It is important to point out that shipping windows are in fact indications and not guarantees, as laid out in detail on our website. In our experience, DHL generally lives up to their indicated delivery windows quite well (as many reviewers stateside can testify), but of course it's always possible that unforeseen delays occur during the delivery, with Covid restrictions being the most important one currently.
As merchant, we have no way of influencing our shipping partner's service or routing, so both that and Covid are beyond our control. That being said, tracking info indicates that the parcel has left the UK several hours ago, so it shouldn't take much longer for it to arrive.
We'll keep monitoring your shipment to see if any additional delays occur, and hope that you'll ultimately be satisfied when your package arrives.

It’s nice I like the concept but...
It’s nice I like the concept of the grip I haven’t even received mine yet I was told that there was going tk be a delay on the grips for about 5-7 days I let it slide by 10 days and no email updating me I had to write to them which is kind of inconvenient. And slightly inconsiderate considering you are paying $309 for a item.
Maybe a discount for a future purchase or free shipping would be thoughtful.
But I paid $40-50 for shipping on a item I didn’t get until 25-30 days later

I think certain operations are a bit unprofessional.
Overall 2 stars for the fact that the grip is unique and makes builds standout.
As fast as customer service , operation is majorly lacking.

After getting the grip along with some awesome decals , kinda playing around with the grip it was a little difficult to put together
the grip nearly makes it impossible to get the fcu together which is okay it’s a part of the whole look!
I ordered the gorilla fcu cause you can control it without ever touching it and they forsure got that out as soon as possible 😆
Overall the experience has turned over
My only gripe still is how crazy priced everything is I hope to see a price change soon 😆
