package delivered, shocker. (not bait)

i recognize that i am an anomaly in this sea of absolutely awful reviews. but i wanted to share my positive experience. for those who can't stop doomscrolling these reviews. for those who don't think their package will make it to them.

first off, i think that any consumer who spends their hard earned money on a product should receive said product. it's a shame that this company has a reputation of taking people's hard earned money through stolen, undelivered, and "lost" packages. review after review, people claim delivery drivers can't read instructions, leave packages in the street, leave packages outside of apartment buildings, deliver to the wrong addresses, "lose" high value items, the list goes on.

i dont think any of this should be happening. we all experience the likes of USPS, DHL, UPS, and Fedex. we know what a fully functional delivery service operates like. reliable tracking, truthful deliveries, employee accountability, and existing customer service (the kind where you speak to a human and not an Ai bot. crazy, i know.) unfortunately, this company is not trustworthy because it lacks all the qualities a basic carrier requires to function. they are missing so many crucial components to their service. you simply cannot trust that your package will make it to you.

i do think that could change if they put in the work to operate like any other service, but the facts are: this is a last mile carrier. they are the lowest cost shipping option your product provider chose in order to squeeze as much profit as they could out of you. so yes, while it sucks, this is just the reality of it. if you've experienced SpeedX, you've experienced UniUni, you've experienced Gofo, etc, they're all the same. Lowest cost, lowest care.

if you are able to help it, (i realize most arent, neither was i. my proxy chose ECMS then last mile hand off to SpeedX) choose to spend a little more for peace of mind. whether it's Zenmarket, Buyee, Neokyo, Doorzo, ask whoever it is to ship with DHL, UPS, Fedex, or USPS. i promise you the peace of mind is worth it. if you cant help who your carrier is, try to spend less on sites like Temu and Aliexpress. You'll save yourself money and you'll save yourself time that you'd spend worrying about if your package will ever deliver.

anyways, onto the postive. i was one of the lucky ones. my item got delivered, successfully... correctly. which shouldn't even be a thing you say about a literal delivery service being able to deliver a package. nonetheless, i believe it was due to the sheer size and weight of my package, and my contact with customer service while the package was in transit through the network.

i received my package within a timely manner (8 days total including sat+sun, so really 6 days) and my delivery driver actually followed the instructions i left them through speedx customer service.

though, i first messaged SpeedX's chat bot who allegedly was going to handle updating my delivery instructions through Ai. shocker, it didn't.

the day i emailed SpeedX was the same day i received a response from them from an actual representative. They were kind and understanding, so whoever you are, thank you. they were able to relay my very detailed instructions to the operations team and my delivery was successful. my driver followed the instructions i left to a T. so whoever you are, thank you.

i was so anxious reading all of these reviews. its just tooooo many bad ones. even after seeing two positive ones after scrolling and scrolling, i legit thought they were bots aiming to amp up review ratings.

i'm very happy i received my package because they were items that simply could not be replaced. so im elated to have what i had been following for a week in my possession.

but i shouldn't be the outlier on this page. everyone should have successful deliveries.

Can't Follow Instructions

I have recently received several orders, complained to Speed X and the company that I ordered from. I have specific instructions ON the label DIRECTLY BESIDE AND UNDER THE ADDRESS. You can't miss it. But still, they keep delivering it, NOT where I'm asking for it to be delivered. The latest one was delivered on May 31st at 2:47 pm. I didn't even know the package was there until June 1st at 9:00 p.m. when the company asked me to leave a review. I'm like how can I leave a review on something I don't have? So I check the picture from the online store's website and see that it is sitting right where they were NOT supposed to leave it. I'm glad it didn't get stolen sitting out there for two days. I'm sick of this company can't read and follow instructions. I don't know why they keep using this dmn company!

Solved my delivery issues like a champ

Had a little hiccup with delivery of two packages mostly because of communication. I contacted the company through their AI messenger which forward my issue to their customer service. They took care of the issue and got my packages both delivered in great condition. Even messaged me direct to make sure all delivery information was correct. They went above and beyond to solve this problem. Thank you

Low profile Company no support at all

I honestly don't know what kind of company this is. No matter how hard you try to get your package, it seems impossible.

The customer service is extremely rude. Their email response was basically, "We gave you the driver's number, so contact him yourself." When I contacted the driver, he only spoke Spanish and told me he didn't even have my package because the delivery route was not assigned to him.

My package has been sitting undelivered for days, and nobody seems to know where it is or who is responsible for delivering it. Customer support provides no real help, only excuses and endless delays.

This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. A delivery company should be able to deliver packages and provide proper customer support. Instead, I am left chasing answers while my package remains missing.

Very disappointed with SpeedX.

Genuinely sick of this company.

This is by far the biggest waste of energy I've ever had to experience. I ordered my package MAY FIFTH. I still haven't gotten it. If that's not clear enough, it's four days away from being an entire month! I didn't spend money on items just to never receive them, this is genuinely ridiculous. I placed a review on the 20th of May, and received ONE package on May 24th, not all three of them that were missing! I'm still missing two of my packages, and I'm genuinely so fed up with waiting it's ridiculous. I shouldn't have had to wait an entire month by now just to still not have my package. It's still 'processing at designated facility', I've contacted NUMEROUS people, annnddd I've made no progress! Genuine crap.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I put specific delivery instructions in my order which they never followed. You cannot speak to anyone or reach anyone and when you send an email there is no response. The last “delivery attempt” they tried to make wasn’t able to be completed because their vehicle broke down so they have sent my package back to the merchant. If I ever see that something will be sent via this company I won’t buy it-even if I want/need it. They are terrible and I hope merchants realize that while their shipping cost might be less they will loose money because people will not want to deal with this company!

terrible experience

absolute worst delivery experience i have had, packages become stuck in limbo and getting ahold of any kind of customer service outside of their AI chat bot that is designed to give you the run around is next to impossible, i highly recommend you avoid using this company for parcel delivery.

Missing package

if there was less than one star I would have given that. The delivery person showed photos that they have delivered a package to my house through a text. Since I was waiting for it, I immediately went out looking for the package but found none. The deliver person must have taken the package with them right after they took the photo of the house from the street!

Worst delivery ever

I received notice that my package had arrived. I went to get it. No package. Came back in to look at pictures they post of delivery. It was my address, but they dropped package behind my car, at the edge of the roadway, in front of a strange dog. The package was small, and my mailbox was also at the edge of the roadway, so they could have placed it there, if they weren’t going to put it on my porch. I had to get out and walk the neighborhood to find my package, which had teeth marks all over it. I am not in my prime, and don’t appreciate having to go on a hunting expedition to find a package. Worst delivery experience ever.

Delivery Instructions were not followed

Despite clear delivery instructions posted on my door and noted in your system, the driver did not follow them and left my package on a busy street where it could have been stolen. SpeedX needs to tighten accountability and ensure drivers follow customer instructions to prevent avoidable risks. Review my communication in your system in chat!

Packages left at open gate at road, not at door as POD states

Packages left at open gate, road side, but tracking shows delivered at door. Driver lied. Even pictures show NO DOOR ANYWHERE, just gate pieces, road gravel and grass. Being physically disabled, I can't access the packages to get whatever tracking number they want. Suggest DO NOT ORDER FROM TEMU. I won't ever again.

Tell your drivers to QUIT THROWING…

Tell your drivers to QUIT THROWING PACKAGES. I am sick of it. If the drivers don't like their jobs maybe they should find a new job. Its every single time they come to my house to deliver. Get real people that appreciate their jobs and not just anybody. If I did that with my job I sure wouldn't have one!!!!!

Trash company

Trash company, it says “severe weather” when it is sunny outside, what a trash service!

Not delivered = 0 stars.

I wish I could give zero stars since my package has never arrived. Tracking says out for delivery, then back processing at facility. That cycle has repeated three times and still no delivery.

This is the second time this company has done this exact same thing with a package: out for delivery, processing at facility…then I never receive it.

No response from their chat bot of course.

DO NOT USE SPEEDX

I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS MANY PROBLEMS WITH A SHIPPING COMPANY MORE THAN SPEEDX

I am genuinely amazed that a company can fail this consistently.

My package spent over a week going between:
“Out for delivery.”
“Delayed.”
“Attempted delivery.”
“No access.”
“Invalid address.”

Pick a story and stick with it.

How is my address simultaneously invalid, inaccessible, and out for delivery?

It’s a normal private house.

I don't have a gate, code, or security. It's as simple as just leaving it on my doorstep.

UPS delivers here.
FedEx delivers here.
USPS delivers here.
Amazon delivers here.

But apparently SpeedX drivers arrive at my street and become too lazy to find my house.

Then came the best part.

The package was marked:
“DELIVERED.”

There was a proof-of-delivery photo.

Except there was no package.

So I checked my Ring camera footage.

The driver walked up.
Put the package down.
Took the picture.
Picked the package back up.
Walked back to the truck.

That’s not a delivery.

That’s straight theft.

The craziest part is that the company already had evidence proving the package existed at my door.

The only problem was their driver immediately left with it.

Then I made the mistake of contacting customer support.

There is no phone number.
There is no actual help.
There is only a chatbot that appears only say three phrases:

“We understand your frustration”
“Please allow additional time.”
“Your package shows as delivered.”

I DON’T NEED ADDITIONAL TIME.
I NEED THE PACKAGE YOUR DRIVER LEFT WITH.

After wasting hours dealing with the chatbot, I submitted a ticket.

Resolved.

No response.

And somehow when packages actually make it to customers, they arrive looking like they were delivered by being thrown from a moving vehicle.

Crushed corners.
Ripped tape.
Damaged contents.

So let me summarize the SpeedX experience:

* Fake delivery attempts.
* Fake “no access” notices.
* Fake “invalid address” notices.
* A driver who marks packages delivered and leaves with them.
* A useless chatbot pretending to be customer service.
* Tickets closed without action.
* Damaged packages when they actually arrive.

Then the company wonders why people leave one-star reviews.

Terrible Customer Service Support

I have been trying to get in contact with anyone at the company since Wednesday of this week and submitted a support ticket for them to follow up via email at a later time when someone is available. I am never connected with an agent, no one has followed up and they claim to not be in possession of any of my packages. A terrible shipping service that has no care for customer satisfaction or concerns.

SpeedX Sucks

SpeedX delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Their online support virtual assistant is just a repeat cycle bullshit because it seems they don't have a live agent. AI tech is fake as a pretentious person. It seems the delivery workers can't see and or read shipping labels.

I had a package that was supposed to be…

I had a package that was supposed to be out for delivery. The next update said it was under review and that was 10 days ago. I have repeatedly tried to contact them and get the same exact message that they are looking into it. I cannot get anyone to respond. I've gone back to the original company I bought from but they are making me wait 10 days as well. I think it's ridiculous that there is no one to talk with and you can't even get an answer after 10 days.

Unreliable. Dishonest. Terrible to work with!!

Totally ridiculous!! Ordered a waist trainer from the Tik Tok shop and was supposed to go to The UPS Store right down the street from me. Apparently these morons “delivered” my package ON MEMORIAL DAY. A HOLIDAY. Then for the past THREE days, they keep on telling me that it’s undeliverable when it’s A POST OFFICE!!!! They tried delivering it AFTER THE TIME THEY CLOSE TOO!! I kept getting updates that it was 8:00 in the morning in Holland and NEVER got delivered when you HAVE THE WHOLE DAY FOR ONE SINGLE PACKAGE. These “people” are SO unreliable and I will REFUSE to order from anything that they’re apart of. These people are absolute morons!!

My package wasn’t delivered

My package wasn’t delivered. The status says “Please contact my local carrier to retrieve my package.” No info regarding who my local carrier is and how do I contact them. 3 failed deliveries despite correct contact information, no signature required and home on delivery days. No phone number or email for support. Chatbot on website doesn’t work.
