I have used online shopping for 80% of my shopping needs for the past year. THIS "small business" DOESN'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS, PERIOD! Why? I bought six replacement parts for a newer laundry dryer on the 8th of December 2020. I get an email, on the 11th of December saying it shipped. BUT when I use the tracter app, my parts are STILL not delivered to the shipping company. Just my shipping label has been printed up at the local post office. I REPEAT, 3 days after I paid for a 1 to 3 day shipping cost.. My shipment hasn't been received by the courier, and only my SHIPPING LABEL has been printed. Its NOW 19 December 2020, and I have since called the one listed phone number three times and left messages to please call back. I have emailed and filed two requests for help/information to the location of my order. And the courier has contacted me back, stating they have opened a case to find out why my order is still NOT delivered to the courier, yet I paid for a 1 to 3 day shipping fee! Still, after 7 days, I have NOT received any communication or phone call from this Indiana private business!
WORD of Caution!!! This may be the best price for appliance parts, but the headache/fraudulent practice they have shown me is a warning to ALL of you on how you will/will not be treated. Customer Service RANKS a HALF A STAR!!!
I have screen shots, emails and digital phone longs to prove, that all of this IS TRUTHFUL!!!!

Sent defective part. Supposed to be new, no answer on email inquiry and can't be reached by phone so far

This company does 'anti-business'....Absolute no sense of customer service whatsoever. Completed a transaction for parts, paid in full, and was given a delivery window of 3 - 10 business days. THEN I received this email: "During the process of preparing your order, we have found that there are unavoidable additional shipping charges from the carrier due to the size/weight/destination of the package. In order for us to complete this order, we will need your permission to charge an additional shipping charge of $39.79. With your authorization we can send you an invoice for this additional amount. Once paid, your order will be promptly shipped." When I expressed disappointment and an expectation for them to committ to the terms agreed, my order was cancelled and I was black listed.....Jim Allen is a modern day soup nazi, stay away from Speedy Appliance Parts.

Installers were great. People in office were incompetent and rude. Woman that answers phone should be fired for incompetence!

Scammers do not do business with these guys. Paid $400 to install a control panel To my refrigerator , the technician name Guy never change the panel. Gave me a receipt saying I have a one year warranty, after less than a month my refrigerator was worst than before. I tried calling to have them come and service the refrigerator but no one shows up.

Ordered a repair kit for MEDB835DW3 Maytag Dryer. NONE of the kit worked. The kit included only four rollers, whereas the dryer has six. The idler pulley in the kit would not fit on the post of the idler pulley assembly in the dryer. The belt in the kit was not the correct size belt. THEN, they wanted me to pay the return postage and a restocking fee, IF they accepted the return. Ridiculous

Don't take the chance like I did after reading reviews on these guys. I received my ice maker just fine. I installed it and it worked. A few days ago it stopped making ice. I did all the normal things to try and reset it to no avail. This is the 2nd time I've had this issue so I know the warning signs. I submitted a warranty claim and was told it would not be honored. It was maybe a week and a half past the warranty period. I was hoping I would get better customer service. I understand policy is policy but I had hoped to get more service out of the new part I was provided. Stay away!

Showed up - took used parts from a bucket in truck to repair 2 items -a fridge and freezer said he would come back with new parts and fix right. Neither worked and a month later no return calls. Sets appts and doesn’t show. Requested Cash so out $300 and have to pay another company now a trip fee and to fix. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH

i ordered a part and paid for 1-2 day shipping. it took 10 days to get to my house and contacted them about why they shipped it priority mail instead of over night which my post office said only cost them $5.99. yet they are charging 17.95. From my understanding it is illegal to over charge shipping. they just keep blaming covid on not getting to me in time. yet the post office said they dont offer a 1-2 shipping in the first place.

Purchased a part from this company months ago and it stopped working less than a couple of weeks later. I contacted the company to see about a replacement and they indicated the part was out of stock. Months later the part became available and they indicated that I would need to pay shipping to have it sent. I agreed to this although the shipping charge was more than what they originally stated. Now that I have paid shipping on this, they indicated they are no longer sending the part as it is far out of warranty. It is not out of warranty as you were told months ago when this part was first purchased that the part was not working. Don’t buy from these guys. They sell dysfunctional parts that go out of stock for months on end, with hopes of not replacing and the customer forgetting about it. STAY AWAY. I wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased. Money gone down the drain.

YOU CAN'T ARGUE WHEN THE SHIPPING LABEL ACTUALLY PROVES YOU WRONG!!! IT SAID "PRIORITY 3 DAY" RIGHT ON THE LABEL!!! NOW THEY WON'T ACCEPT IT AS A RETURN!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! I purchased water pump and paid $18.00 for expedited shipping 1-2 days. The item took 5 days to arrive. I requested a refund and they blame USPS.... but the item was shipped regular mail... Fraud!!!! I should have waited and just purchased in the store for five dollars which is the actual cost of item.

I wish I didn’t have to leave a star at all. Bad experience! I bought a heating element for my Samsung dryer and paid $20 for 1-2 shipping. I ordered it on Saturday and just received it today, Saturday. I contacted them regarding this and all I got was sorry for the delay. It took a week to get here. Once I received it, I was excited to get my dryer back up and running! Of course when I opened it, I found the part was broken. Tried calling and emailing pictures of the part but no replies or able to get thru. Do not waste your money and support such a poor run business.

I ordered rack track brackets for my Kenmore.
I was expecting it to arrive in a weak or more but it was in my mail in three days.
I'm was in shock like what do they live next door?
The part fit perfect, only problem was the wheels were different and wouldn't stay on the track.
So I removed the old wheels from the old rack bracket and installed them on the new rack bracket then I was golden.
In the future I'll may more attention to differences in parts like the wheels.
Lucky me I didn't need the wheels too.

Ordered an ice maker, listed as Whirlpool D7824706Q OEM but was an off-brand one-size-fits-all generic. Unit failed continuity check, would not function even with T-H jumper with power confirmed. No returns allowed. Also paid for express shipping and instead got USPS. Total ripoff in all aspects. Their website feedback address goes to a "do-not-reply" address.

Buy elsewhere...unless you want nothing for your money!
I bought an idler pulley for my washing machine. They advertised the pulley using the factory part number that my washing machine used. When it didn’t fit, they refused to refund as “they didn’t recommend the part for my machine” despite their false advertising. These people are nothing but thieving scam artists. Shop elsewhere!

Buyer beware. This company is someone working out of their house. They don't have a phone number where a customer can contact them. They only correspond through email. I purchased a refrigerator water inlet valve from them. One of the connections on the valve leaked, no matter how many times I tried to get it to work. Instead of standing behind their product they do everything they can to avoid fixing the problem.

Buyer beware. Paula and Kayla will Stonewall you all day, are rude, and unhelpful. Ordered a part paying for two day shipping, received two weeks later, after being able to order and receive the same part from another company. Won't refund shipping, and after a 20% restocking fee, could only recover a fraction of what I paid. Terrible terrible company.

Do not use this place! We paid $18 extra to get 1-2 day fast shipping and got part 4 days later. Refused delivery of item because it was late and we already bought part from another vendor. This place only refunded HALF of the $75 we paid for the part! Not to mention the $18 we were out for the “fast” shipping. What a scam! Buyer beware!
