I purchased a dryer motor from Speedy Appliance Parts that failed shortly after installation with minimal use. A component like this should last years, not fail almost immediately.

Before filing a complaint, I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly and sent two emails that were ignored. The company only responded after I filed a BBB complaint.

Even then, they refused to take responsibility and relied solely on a warranty technicality instead of addressing the fact that the product was clearly defective. I also provided confirmation from a technician who tested the motor and found it to be faulty, which they did not meaningfully address.

They further refused to provide basic transaction details upon request.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and unwillingness to stand behind their product. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Hey everybody, big warning about speedy parts. If you're used to ordering from Amazon, don't think you're going to get anything like that for service from this company. They give you lame excuses for not accepting returns and you get stuck with your part. It cost me $22 and it was worthless. The point of this review is just because it's not the $22, it's the principal. Lame excuses to not accept a return is unacceptable. I will never do business with them again unless it's absolutely the best price I could find and I know for sure that the parts right. But if the parts not right and it has anything to do with electric, you're done. You're stuck with it. So be careful. Don't trust them. They don't tell you up front. So before you order something, check their return policy. You'll see they find every way to screw you they can. All over $22. What is this world coming to? Well, we know.

Took 11 day's for my part to arrive. I never received any late delivery notifications. And all I got was a notification that that part was Finally delivered, in 11 days!
This place may have the parts you're looking for, but has absolutely no customer service at all. In my experience, order parts from a more dependable retailer.

Sent a deflective product. Will not sent a replacement without jumping through multiple “hoops”. Require customers to pay for shipping on defective parts they provide a second time. Would highly recommend not purchasing any products through them. Change the name to Speedy Scam Appliance Parts!

I ordered a replacement ice maker for my Samsung. It was in the afternoon on a Wednesday. They emailed my USPS tracking number on Thursday. It arrived in Georgia on Saturday. Price was good.

I ordered a part for my Samsung icemaker. The replacement part worked fine for 3 days and then began to leak the same as my 6 year old original part. I followed their warranty claim instructions and have gotten no response. There is no personal contact to try to resolve this issue. My only recourse is to post negative comments and warning about this company.

I purchased a wheel set for a Samsung refrigerator. I went to install the front wheels but the axils that they sent me were the wrong size. In order to install the wheels you need to empty the unit to be able to lift it up to get access to the wheels. I contacted Speedy and they told me they no longer have the correct axils??? So why did the fullfil my order knowing they didn't have correct parts. I was in the middle of trying to get a refund when my claim was closed and was told the claim couldn't be reopened. I would never use them again.

I just bought my first product from this online store. After buying it, I went to check on the reviews and it was all negative, some receiving wrong parts, others defective and the return process was a pain. So, I got scared. I purchased, it came in 4 days, I installed it, it worked great. The price was definitely very reasonable. I'd definitely buy again.

Had the ice dispenser repaired on November 15, 2023. The repair lasted 2 months. According to their bill, parts are warranted for 1 year. I had Sal the technician came on February 14, 2024. He said I needed a replacement for the repair part. I have called numerous times since then only to be told the part is on order. I have checked appliance parts for that repair at appliance part distributors and those parts are in stock. I believe Sppedy is running the clock on the needed repair parts.

Part never came and USPS shows issue with order between facilities for weeks. Something isn't right.

If it were possible I would give a negative 5 star review. This has been going on for over a month. I left several voice messages and several emails to no response. I ordered a drain pump for my washing machine. When I installed it, it didn't work. When I went to return it said I couldn't if I plugged it in let me ask as stupid question, how would I no if it worked if I DIDN'T PLUG IT IN!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

If there was an option to give no stars I would. I ordered a part from their site for my refrigerator. Despite the parts numbers matching, on what I ordered, when the part arrived, it looked different from what was on my old refrigerator. Because they include a box at order time that you have to acknowledge that their return policy is super strict, I never installed the part, but compared it side by side with my old part. they did not appear to be the sam, so I wrapped it back up and sent it back. Paying for shipping 2 times since I had to pay to ship it to my house to begin with. I went on their site and was granted authorization to return the item but when it arrived back, they claimed that I had installed it and refused to give me my money back. Their parts are garbage and they do not care. They have my money and will probably resell the part to someone else and then refuse to give them a refund as well. I got the actual part I needed from one of thier competitors. I would recommend that you buy your parts from anyone but these people.

Ordered a part for my dishwasher- using the number of the part I was replacing. They sent me one similar but not exact. I used it anyway, and it broke in multiple places within two weeks.
When trying to ask for a refund I was met with this is my fault for ordering the wrong part. Showing me what I should have ordered- and the pictures of the part they say is the correct one doesn’t look anything like the part needed.
I ordered the correct part off of Amazon, paid less in shipping and got it faster.

I ordered an evaporator fan for my Electrolux refrigerator. The website said that the part was a replacement for my fan number. It actually showed up on time but when I opened the box I knew it was way too big. I tried to get it into the bracket but no luck. There are no people to complain to, so when i went to apply for a return I wrote that it was their fault. Now I have to return it out of my pocket and pay a 20% restocking fee. What a joke of a company! I would give 0 stars if I could.

By going out of business. Ordered part, received conformation nr. Tracking nr. and then a few days later rcvd notification that part was returned because no one was home to sign receipt. Lie, I am retired, wife if retired, both home no one rang door bell or knocked. Immediately, after receiving this email, received another stating that part was being held at warehouse hub due to international shipping cost of 1.95. Called all phone nrs. listed none were legitimate. Tried to fill out missing part form, the Tracking nr. was not found. Then I started receiving emails, from speedy service, stating the same on International shipping, Express Services same , UPS no legit. tracking,fed ex same and the list kept going like ever-ready bunny. Finally I contacted Fox parts in Huntsville Ala and re-ordered part, the lady helping me was very nice and after paying for part and hanging up, I figured I was scamed regardless of BBB Accred. Shortly after, I received a call for Fox parts, with out requesting aid she someway contactedSpeedy Appliance Parts on my behalf, requesting that money be retured. Two hours later, I received email from speedy appliance parts stating that I had ordered part from them, and the part was to be delivered 12/14/2022 and provided tracking nr. it was totally different from the original. Speedy Returns is a SCAM don't purchase anything from them unless you just want to throw away your money. If it was possible I would rate them in the negative!

They do not care if your part is broken. If you install it they will not allow returns or honor your warranty.

We had a refrigerator not cooling and we were worried about the frozen food and regular food thawing and spoiling. I called Speedy Appliance and they sent their technician, Ralph. He was very thorough and repaired the problem which was the compressor. I will definitely contact Speedy Appliance again for any appliance repairs!!

Don't buy from them rip off bought ice maker didn't even last a year. They said 90-day that's all you get. Didn't even try to help me. Zero starts from me.

I was having issues with my oven igniter as it wasn't seemingly hot enough as I trouble shot the problem and narrowed it down to the igniter.

I did finally order the replacement from them and received a tracking notice shortly thereafter.

It came a few days later as the weekend had to be taken into consideration.

The oart was absolutely a duplicate of the original. I installed it and it worked like a charm.

The pricing was very reasonable compared to others I saw advertised. It was an excellent decision on our part.

You can't always believe all the negative reviews as sometimes they are very phoney.

I really have to stick up for Speedy Appliance Parts.

I needed replacement LED lights for my Whirlpool refrigerator and performed an Internet search. Speedy showed my part in stock, and for a remarkably good price. Not knowing a thing about the company, I then did an Internet search for reviews about them and was "rewarded" with a litany of negative results, complaints, screeds - and many of them were not well-written. HAD I paid those "reviews" respect, I wouldn't have decided to give Speedy a try.

But I thought I had little to lose, and so - on a late Sunday evening, ordered two of my LED lights. I set up an account and early the NEXT morning received an e-mail and tracking link showing that they had already been shipped. And they arrived - from Indiana to California - on Wednesday. Two days after they were shipped. The parts are exact matches (though not OEM, which I knew in advance) and so far: work perfectly.

And again: the price was unbeatable, and by far. They cost me about HALF what I had previously paid elsewhere - and again, the shipping speed was pretty extraordinary.

After reading the negative reviews, but then having my own experience with Speedy, I really had to come back and stick up for this company. I can't really comment on experiences of others, but my own experience with Speedy Appliance Parts has been exemplary in ALL ways. I thoroughly endorse this company and WILL return to them when I need other appliance parts in the future.
