Hi, for each order there is an order confirmation and a shipping notification sent out. Recently we get more complaints the mails aren't delivered so spam filters are very active I'm afraid as we still see the mails are sent. It should help if you add @spelshop.be as a safe contact.
Avoid..Desperate service, Avoid
Desperate service, bought 3 games mid October, got an email to say order confirmed, it still says order pending on their site and I have reached out 7 times with zero response. I had three other item in basket waiting to go as this was my first order with them, lol and it will be my last. Paid with PayPal so will have to dispute...what a disappointment

Our appologies for the bad experience. By mistake the order was put in a wrong status so it was removed from the packing queue. I'm afraid there has been a communication problem afterwards as when I look for all communication concerning this order I only find one message from November 15th that was answered 2 days later. I don't know why, but it seems your other messages didn't arrive in our support system.
But it is clear it was our fault the order didn't get shipped out timely that caused the problem in the first place so again our appologies for this mistake.

Customer service is nowhere to be found !
I made an order (order N°YGBDZJNJL) on the 5th of October, knowing the team was at Spiel ESSEN. I knew when ordering that i needed to wait until they get back, which was not a problem.
I received a mail from D5GAMES saying my game was on its way, dropped at bpost on the 9th of October.
But since then, nothing ... parcel is somewhere in Belgium. The tracking keeps on saying "Your item has been sorted" but not moving at all.
I then sent a mail to D5GAMES on the 16th of October to know what excatly is going on and if they can do something about it. Now we are the 20th of October and still no news from the team. I cannot open a request token on bpost has only the sender can do it.
I paid with Paypal and i'm going to open a dispute for a refund as i cannot trust D5GAMES for my order.
First and last time i order from them.
EDIT :
25th of Octobre : still no news...
27th of October : seller filled a complain with bpost.
6th of Nov : No news, i asked a refund from the shop.
14th of Nov : No news from seller ...
14th of Nov : I opened a dispute on Paypal to get a refund as the seller just doesn't give a xxx about it.
Paypal refunded me after i sent all proofs and evidence of the poor management of my order from the shop !
Never i buy something from this shop again !

First of all I am vey sorry for the delays. As mentioned service would be slow due to the Spiel fair and when we returned 2 employees fell sick (we are only with 3 in total so this is 66% of our staff) so it isn't easy to tackle the backlog. I totally understand this can be very frustrating and I'm afraid we have to ask for a little patience before we are completely back on track. Today is the first day all employees are active again so I hope we can now finally solve all the remaining problems and have again a normal service level.
I see you received an answer to your messages past weekend. As you mention your package was shipped 2 working days after you placed the order and handed over to Bpost. Bpost switched to Mondial Relay a while ago and unfortunately since the switch packages to pick-up points in France suffer severe delays. This was also the case when we worked with Mondial Relay directly and this is why we stopped offering this service over a year ago. At the moment we have a lot of similar complaints concerning shipments to France. We already communicated this to Bpost several times, but the only response we get is the packages are on their way and as long as they keep "moving" according to the tracking they don't accept complaints. So unfortunately the only thing we can do at the moment is to wait until it arrives in France. I can also assure you, should something go wrong and the package would get lost you'll of course receive a refund of your order.
Again our appologies for the delays, but as the package is in the hands of the shipper we can't influence the shipping time at the moment.
